It was 219 AC, during the Great Spring Sickness when a greater tragedy struck the Seven Kingdoms, the murder of King Aerys I Targaryen, his family and most of his court. The next heir is but a child. This time of turmoil and sickness brings chaos to the land, even more with the threat from the rising from East…

With the king day, ambitions rise. Play the Game of Thrones, work your way, rule the kingdom or serve the babe. Remember In the Game of Thrones, there is no middle ground, you win or you die.

This Role Play will be set in King's Landing, the capital of Westeros. You may play your part no matter the size or nobility, as it is a time of chaos.

Some Background Information

The Spring Sickness is an unknown sickness that affects most of Westeros. A man may wake up healthy and die by the evening. There is no cure for this so far

When the Throne room was shut and the blood bath began, the dragons seem to have sensed it. King's Aerys dragon Vermithor burst out of the Dragon pit and flew straight into the throne room breaking past the door. It is said that the Dragon was mad seeing the dead body of its master, it burned the everybody till all that was left was just smoke as ashes.

The man motioned for her to stand beside him when he addressed the Prince and Lord Regent. "... This is Kailan Martell, the one who was fighting for Dorne in this tourney." Aeden mentioned to the two.

The Knight quickly pulled her away from the Regent. "Listen this guy basically has the right to send you packing for Dorne... I'd watch your tone in the presence of these two... Or at the very least say as little as possible." Aeden whispered, before turning once more to the Regent. "Forgive her my Lord, but let us turn to the matter at hand, shall we?" He paused, glancing towards Kailan for only an instant.

Jacaerys smiled "She have shown skill and knightship Ser Aeden, she will gladly allowed to stay. But be wary, some or should I say many men refuse to acknowledge the skill of a lady."

Lan nodded slightly, turning and going towards her family, steps quick and steady, not faltering,her expression always calm. She wasn't uneasy, as one would expect of a person long thought dead.

A few moments later, the Kingsguard had arrived at the Maester's tent. "Ser, you must have more important matters to attend to, I can assure you, Ser Lucius will be fine." The first said, standing to greet the Knight.

"The most important matter right now, is seeing my brother." The man grumbled, stepping past the older man, before sitting beside the wounded Kingsguard.

"They say I'll be fine by two weeks time..." The Kingsguard muttered at the sight of the Reyne.

"Watch the fight boy, tell me what you think" He asked the Prince, gesturing for another glass of wine from his squire who seemed to be curious about the young targaryen.

Morgan Martell

"Kailan!" he blurted out seeing his sister on the arena. Morgan was confused, if thats Kailan...where is my brother?. He turn to question his escort but none knew the answer.


Then when Kailan was making their way towards them, he stood immediately. Morgan had thought about it...Jolan is dead...He wanted to cry, for his death and for her return but no. He can't. He won't. He refuse to show weakness here.

(I love archery, but in all honesty I couldn't a target from ten paces away, haha. Firearms tend to work better in regards to ranged combat, at least for me.)

She mustn't leave" Morgan said, remembering he was here to represent House Martell, to carry our banners. Unbowed

"But your father-"

"Septa" Ser Robert cut her off, looking at the Martells "The boy is right, as for our Prince Oberon, a raven shall we sent immediately

Rakhelis made his way to the Lord Regent when he was beckoned too.
"Yes. My, lord" He said, at Griffin Roost he was taught the common tongue, although the maester said he has a thick accent his language was fine.

"You saw the knight, Ser Aeden, the golden haired knight. Fetch him for me, he should be near the Maestar's tent over there" The Lord requested pointing to a group of tents near the arena.

Rakhelis then jogged over there, glancing at Lady Alys who smiled at him. She had taken him in when he was sent to Griffin Roost. Now he is squiring for the Lord Regent..

"Make sure that man gets the best treatment, if he loses that leg... You'll be the one on that table." He told the Maester, pointing towards a knight lying dead on the nearest examination table.

"... Ser, We will do everything we can, but we cannot predict the future."

"Just fix him up." The Reyne scoffed, then stormed his way out of the medical tent. He spotted an unusually tanned man approaching from behind only a moment later. The Knight turned instantly with his sword halfway out its scabbard. "... You're Lord Connington's aren't you?" Aeden sighed, letting his sword fall back into place. It was obvious the Knight was on edge, which wasn't a good thing for a Kingsguard.

The Regent glanced at the Martells "If she is appointed the Kingsguard, the Martells will lose an heir, if Prince Jolan was the knight here, Kailan would be the heir to Dorne. She has to remove all claims to be a kingsguard, can she do that?"
