About the negative comments on spoilers: this is what's it's like with a love triangel. The producers have to please everyone. Even though our fanbase is a lot bigger, they have to keep the Stelena-shippers to make more money. I know it's hard and sometimes you just wish Stefan would go away and Elena would say that she loves Damon and they live happily ever after. But then the show would be over. I'm basically dead because of those covers but the only thing I could get from them:

Paul (Stefan) is with Nina dressed (barely) in black.
Ian (Damon) is with Nina coverd in white sheets. (Almost touching her boob!!!!)

My mind goes:
Black=Kat
White=Elena

So following my barely there train of thought, Stefan and Kat is one cover and the other is Damon & Elena. And Elena is supposedly naked under that sheet.
