I really think some DE scenes are underrated e.g When he ran infront of an arrow for her, when he gave her a rose, when she whispered "thank you" to while hugging Stefan. i hope the reason damon and stefan start fighting again is cause stefan starts to see that elena is becoming jealous or a little too concerned about who damon is with what he is doing or who he is doing it with. eventhough stefan has always suspected some feelings more than just friendship more so on damons part, now elena is the one making it a little more obvious and stefan's ego cant handle it. he starts to take his inability to be the only focus of elena's existance out on damon. I hate the word "eye sex". here are the reasons:
It felt like reading Season 2 of TVD.
Damon and Elena stay apart for the bigger part of the book. Elena is with Stefan the entire time and planning their future together. Once they finally meet she is pissed at him for endangering Bonnie. She slaps him, she kisses stefan in front of him, so in return Damon is angry at her. Bonnie is head over heels in love with Damon which, for me, came out of nowhere. Posted over a year ago
