Not Disney Princess related, but I'm curious: is there anyone else in this club who's vegetarian? Technically I'm pescetarian (sorry Ariel) but that's because my dad thinks being vegetarian is stupid and says I need a viable source of protein, I used to be completely vegetarian.

Well, I just watched Frozen online (thanks to dclairmont and Safira-09, and I think it is good, not great. It is definitely weaker than WIR, Tangled, and PatF, but there are enough good things. The characters are fleshed out (Hans is a bit too unorganic), but the story is a bit too simple, with some pacing issues and a few plot holes. The songs (except Love is an Open Door and the Troll one) are great, and the animation is great. Don't know if it's the BEST Animated film of the year though. Posted over a year ago

I'm kind of upset and it's kind of Disney Princess related. Rapunzel will appear in episode 14 this season and they casted her but she's black. I'm sorry but Rapunzel is described as a white girl with golden hair, not as an African American. What the heck? She'll be played by Alexandra Metz and I'm not happy about it. I would like it much better if they casted her as Tiana instead but they didn't.

Thanks to the wonderful, amazing Safira-09 I got to see Frozen online FINALLY, and let me just say, I LOVED IT. It didn't disappoint in the least, and Anna and Elsa both are in my top 5 now, Kristoff is my favorite prince, and Frozen also has my new favorite couple. I do see that it was rushed, and that it was a bit Dreamworks like, and didn't seem a lot like a princess movie, but regardless I really enjoyed it. Everyone, maybe we should just... stop? I mean, why don't we just take away the votes that the supposedly 'users that created several accounts (and their supposedly duplicate accounts) did? So if Joe voted for Joe, and his duplicate account... Joe2 voted for himself then we would take away 2 votes. But then we'd have to find out how many votes were in a percentage (in the polls) so... why don't we ask the duplicates and supposedly guilty users to delete their vote? I just want this to all stop. The biggest problem I have with the redesigns is the same I've always had with the princess clipart - the drawings themselves. They aren't very strong. They don't have nearly the dimension that these characters all have in their respective movies. The anatomy just seems off for some reason in a lot of them... I would like to see these redesigns done by people who KNOW the characters - for instance, if James Baxter did a drawing of this 'new' Belle, I'm sure it would look fantastic. Posted over a year ago

Last comment for the day- Guys, the next Disney princess is probably going to Moana in 2018. So we won't have a new one for about 4-5 years! The story so far is SUPER cool. It's about hawaiian demigods, and she is a nerd who loves navigation and the ocean. Well, her name means ocean in native tongue. there is only one peice of concept art so far, and everything is super rough.

I saw Frozen this afternoon, it was really good! It wasn't better than I expected or worse than I expected, but I really liked it!! The only problem is, is that it is REALLY rushed, but that makes sense because there's so much good stuff to pack in. I wish they gave Anna a little bit more depth, because although she's loving and adventurous, we don't know much about her other than that she's lonely. I just saw Frozen and it was great! Elsa is absolutely perfect! She's definitely in the Top 5, maybe even the Top 3. I'm so completely in love with her. I actually cried at "Let It Go". AHHHH ELSAAAA. Olaf was great too, I thought I wasn't going to like him but I loved him. Kristoff was great too, probably one of my new favorite princes. Hi, friends! I'M BACK!!! We had a lot of fun at camp, even though it was negative 20 degrees Celsius there. So today I rewatched Mulan and I'm still not a big fan of the movie, but it's better than Aladdin and The Princess and The Frog. It was a very funny movie with so much excitement, but I still think the animation is bland and I'm still not a fan of most of the characters in the movie. How many stars did you home town newspaper give Frozen? Mine gave it 3 and a half out of 4. Which was the same it has given every single Good Disney Film since The Little Mermaid. It said that the music and the film didn't flow together well, the characters weren't as good as past characters (Tangled, WiR, TPatF) but the scores is amazing and the animation is at the top of it's game.
