I think it'll be close but Simba might pull it off because he has more experience of fighting so I'm sure he knows how to take down his enemy.

Even if you were to compare them when Simba was younger I still think he would win because Kovu honestly had no clue what he was doing when he was trying to protect Simba in the ambush and got beaten by his own sister! So Simba hands down would take this round. :D
