Nala can take her out no problem, I mean have you seen her with Simba when they played the pin game she's like 4-0 (I didn't count the one in the jungle because I think gravity helped Simba rather then actual strength x^P )

Nala would whoop Zira's butt very easy. Nala kicks butt. Nala is also built in muscle and has good weight while Zira is a starving lioness that lives in the outlands with termites who is skin and bones and has less weight.

Nala may be stronger, but Zira is more used to fighting to survive.

Nala had to fight for her survival during Scar's reign as well though.. We haven't seen Zira fight since she always has her lionesses do the job for her. Nala was into fighting moves (pinning to the ground) ever since she was a cub.. I think she could beat Zira
