It should only take a maximum of 15 minutes to wash off any dirt from your skin.
The skin has a very thin outer layer called the stratum corneum. It's composed of a layer of dead skin cells. It's needed to protect the underlying layers which contain all the vitamins, lipids, and living cells.
When you bathe so much, you're washing this outer layer off. Without the stratum corneum, you have less protection from sun rays and normally harmless airborne bacteria.
It's a bigger issue than just dry skin. You may actually be more susceptible to sunburn and rashes, and any other irritant. Some studies even show that without this outer layer of skin, you're putting yourself at a higher risk of skin cancer.
15 minutes should be good enough. The occasional hour long bath for relaxation is fine, but don't make it a regular thing.
You might want to look into possibly having OCD.

This is pretty much exactly what I was going to follow up with. If you can switch over to a normal routine without any problems, you probably don't have OCD - but if it causes you a lot of grief, that may be a sign of a problem. See a doctor either way! This is not normal behavior
um... the amount of shower gel is a little much... (and as for the bath yea a little abnormal i mean id love to spend 5 hours a day in a bath but must people including myself dont really have the time for that...)
i dont think so. (i spend alot of time doing hair and make up, depending on where im going of course, but i dont think a couple hours is too unreasonable for that...)
