I can't tell what two of the dishes on the cover are and it really bugs me. The entree on the bottom right with the seven bones sticking up, filled with what looks like cranberries and surrounded by beets. Is that the Rack of Lamb? It looks like a crown roast of some kind.

Also, what is the soup in the red bowl? It looks like either the cheese and onion pie or the cream of mushroom and snail soup, but I honestly can’t tell. Posted over a year ago
