When Alaric took away Elena's memories of Damon, why did she think her & Stefan broke up? Didn't Emma just recently tell Neal she loves him...? So she basically still loved him since Henry was born... I don't know what's behind the kiss we saw in the promo, but if Emma & Hook really get together so suddenly, doesn't make her look like...a little bit slutty...? Posted over a year ago

As i see on YT many SE fans seem to consider the doppelganger connection as incredibly romantic & so on... And I don't get it at all! It's like the sire bond the other way round, but much worse, because the SB was created because of Elena's human feeling to Damon, and here you have nothing! No free will, no connection...

Ok guys, guide me through this because I don't get it. If the doppelgangers are reflection of Silas & Amara's true love, then there should be one "Silas/Stefan" for ever Amara/Petrova doppelganger" through time so they could be together, right? Apparently writers are suggesting it;s the case of Stefan&Elena, but where is Katherine's "Silas" in this case? OMG, how desperate the writers must be to come up with this doppelganger storyline? It's obvious it's only an obstacle for DE & prove how strong their love is to defeat "the will of universe". But still it's stupid, it's boring, What else can they come up with instead of creating a good, interesting storyline that doesn't revolve around the love triangle? They really lack ideas so much? I see many of our DE family have doubts about our ship, revoking the triangle and so on... Maybe I'm a crazy optimist, but I can't help feeling whatever comes the fact that Elena chose Damon for good is obvious...
