I have spent enough days of my life being depressed about modern, darker, creepier Batman stories. I don't need the ultra-grim, dark Batman in my life anymore. Adam West is my Batman. He is my superhero role-model and inspiration. He makes me feel happy. I used to love the super dark Batman as a kid, but nowadays, I don't need or want that in my life.
