	RowenaRaven picked "Can You Feel the Love Tonight?": Those two songs are not comparable, "Can you feel the love to night" is so much better and romantic (the scene too) than "In Upendi" and "Love will find a way”, "In Upendi" is an annoying song and "Love will find a way" a too boring song (it’s like a depressed dependence love song) I really love Simba and Nala and they really love each other and the moment where they confess the love for each other is clearly in "Can you feel the love tonight", Simba and Nala are not the kind of guy/girl who shows dependence for each other, but that doesn’t mean they are not in love or didn’t take care for each other (the love of Simba and Nala, is not about having to hear about it all the time, it is a love that naturally occurs, it just happened) and they take care for each other, it's shows in many scenes (before the scene of "can you feel the love tonight" and during that song, during the final battle, in the elephant graveyard and more), Kovu and Kiara annoys me because I personally find them like a too mainstream naive dependent couple, and “Can you feel the love tonight” doesn’t fit in Kovu and Kiara at all, this song is just for Simba and Nala and the part of Simba when he says “So many things to tell her, but how to make her see? The truth about my past…Impossible, she’d turn away for me” Just fit in Simba (it’s like he thought that it’s hard to tell her the terrible truth about his past (he feels guilty) and at the same time that he started to falling in love with her, his old friend) and the part of Nala “He is holding back, he’s hiding, but what I can’t decide, why won’t he be the king I know he is, the king I see inside” Just fit in Nala because she questions Simba's strange attitude (maybe it’s hard for her to says Simba that she started to falling in love with him but… With that strange attitude, it’s hard) and the difference to Kiara is that Kiara trust Kovu all the time and everything he says without a doubt, Simba and Nala are the best couple and I love "Can you feel the love tonight " moment, it’s my favorite part of The lion king. posted over a year ago. last edited over a year ago
