Does Fanpop still awards the fans with a special St Patrick's Day cap?

Just curious, I guess. Nevertheless, I was wondering is St Patrick's Day special cap still available or not. I know I've joined Fanpop too late, only the last year, yet I think it would be nice if Fanpop would to give away this special cap on St Patrick's Day, especially considering the fact I'm actually living in Dublin, Ireland right now, with my husband who is an Irishman.
