Overall life tips?
1) Always get to know yourself and understand yourself in life. By doing so and coming to understand and accept all the good and bad of you, work towards constant improvement to become as ideal of a person as you can be off of what you know. You can know the game and you can know the enemy, but if you don't know yourself, you will certainly walk yourself in avoidable issues and possible regrets.
2) Never let a regret stay a regret. When you make a mistake, you can let it sit there, but in the long run, try to forgive yourself and let it go into the past. Staying held down by past mistakes is a quick way to run your life in crazy circles
3) Don’t emotionally numb yourself. Its temporarily helpful, but it can have massive harm in the long run. If you do, make sure whatever you numbed out, you find time to properly think through, experience, and feel. Your emotions are important to being happy.
Mental Health tips?
1) Make time for yourself when you need it and don’t feel afraid to say you need a break. Do what you need to make sure you are alright as a poor mental health can lead to a poor social and physical health.
2) If your thoughts are getting out of control, take a deep breath, step back, remember its likely just your mental health issues going crazy, and relax. Make jokes of them if you have to establish how silly, unnecessary, or uncalled for they are.
3) Maintain a good physical health. Exercise and sleep regularly and eat properly. Its over said but it does wonders.
Random?
1) Don’t buy a pet parrot.
2) Always practice your scales for music. I mean I dont practice them enough but they make music playing easier when you know them
3) Pick friends who you can trust and stick close to. In the long run, they will definately be much better of a friend than any cool or popular person.
