In addition to #1 pls don't throw your laptop at a spider. I don't care if the spider is on the screen or if it dropped down from the heavens (your ceiling). You WILL miss the spider and you're laptop will break. Just sayin'.

Well, let's see. I don't know if these could be the best Tips I could possibly give but they will do.

3: If you got beef, duke it out now so you don't have to carry baggage around at work

4: sometimes you have to break the rules to get shit done, results are more important than regulations

2) If your thoughts are getting out of control, take a deep breath, step back, remember its likely just your mental health issues going crazy, and relax. Make jokes of them if you have to establish how silly, unnecessary, or uncalled for they are.

3) Maintain a good physical health. Exercise and sleep regularly and eat properly. Its over said but it does wonders.

1) Don’t buy a pet parrot.

2) Always practice your scales for music. I mean I dont practice them enough but they make music playing easier when you know them

3) Pick friends who you can trust and stick close to. In the long run, they will definately be much better of a friend than any cool or popular person.
