Lana Parrilla on Season 2 of OUAT and Regina's relationship with Henry

“My character, she’s lost everything. She’s lost everything. She’s lost her power, and she’s lost her son. She has nothing left, and that’s a really, really hard reality for her. Because here’s a woman who has been in control of everyone and everything apart from Rumple, Mr. Gold, for 28 years, if not more. It’s quite a jarring experience for her. I would say the biggest loss is Henry. Not so much the curse. I feel like curses can fail; curses can be lifted; spells could not work, and the Evil Queen can deal with that. She can just always find another way. But losing Henry, that was something she—I don’t think she was anticipating. It was happening and it was something she feared. But she literally pushed him away. She did, unbeknownst to her—her controlling nature, her obsession. Also she was very—she was a bit too stern with him. She didn’t listen to him. I think that that just inch by inch started pushing him out the door, and now she’s fully lost him. I think that that alone has broken her. And in this season what we’ll see—we started our sixth episode right now, so a good portion of fifth for a second season, we’re going to see her trying to redeem herself.”

~Lana Parrilla**^^
The fresh blanket of snow found a sparkling crystalline appearance under the moonbeams that seeped through the tree branches. It was dark.
Silent.
Eerie.

Regina dug her hands into the snow, face twisted into a pained grimace. She was panting heavily (each exhale releasing a new trail of smoke) trying to regain control…mostly over her breathing.

Every bone in her body groaned when she moved. Every muscle straining and screeching…particularly her abs. She dragged herself along the ground seeking out the nearest tree to lean against. Breathing was becoming an agony...

First and foremost Regina has done so much more good than he has. Regina spent 2 seasons working at redemption and I think it paid off whereas Rumple is still lying through his teeth to Belle about how he's a changed man as he goes off to murder Zelena...the woman Regina spared and actually kind of saved. Regina's redemption arc has been really successful to this point. Rump's was a joke. Okay he stabbed Pan and saved everyone at the cost of his own life. That was the right thing to do. However he turned around and went for vengeance again, something Neal wouldn't have wanted done in his name....

I have made one of these before and since it's pretty late where I'm living I haven't got time to give explanations for why I find them pretty, so I'm just going to order them :)

1.Ruby
2.Regina
3.Amara
4.Ariel
5.Aurora
6.Young Cora
7.Tinkerbell
8.Zelena
9.Older Eva
10.Milah and/or Jack

Please no rude comments like saying people are "ugly" or anything like that, or I will report the person who said it :)

Side note:
If Amara wasn't here, and it was just OUAT Emma would probably be here, but there wasn't room for her, considering how gorgeous I find Amara.

I didn’t get to say this to August or Cora before they died so I need to know I said this to Neal.

I love you, I’m proud of you, I’m proud of you and Emma and I couldn’t have asked for a better man to make my ship complete! You are a good man, who always tries to help his friends and look after your family. You have taught me never to give up hope as you haven’t gave up on finding Emma and Henry and just kept going. Emma might have a sweet son, Snow has her smart and brave daughter, Eva has a daughter who never lets go of hope, Cora has her two gorgeous girls but Milah and Rumpel have a far better child than any of those. You are sweet, smart, brave, gorgeous and you never let go of hope. You are all of them put together. Don’t stop fighting until the last minute. Die a hero.

5. Ruby
I love her because she has gone through SO much and she's still one of the kindest/sweetest people in town. That makes her incredibly strong. She's unconditionally helpful to others. Even people she doesn't know that well or people she doesn't seem to like much. She's also such a loyal friend (especially to the Charmings and to Belle). Plus, she is full of personality and I love her bold style. And whenever she shows up on screen working as a waitress I get reminded to "Twin Peaks", which is something I love. She grabs all the attention. Ruby is also sassy and sexy without even having...

This is a glossary of sorts to my article "Is Killing Ever Justified?". Please read it first link.

OUAT Legal Dictionary

"There are actually 4 kinds of homicide: Felonious, accidental, justifiable, and praiseworthy. It makes little difference to the victim which sort they die of; the classification is mostly for the benefit of lawyers."

By US definition:

homicide n. the killing of a human being due to the act or omission of another. Included among homicides are murder and manslaughter, but not all homicides are a crime, particularly when there is a lack of criminal intent. Non-criminal homicides...

I expect this will get quite a bit of criticism, so a disclaimer before I start: it is not my intention to bash Neal. I'm trying not to find reasons which aren't there and if I saying anything untrue, feel free to correct me. Please don't complain if I say things you just don't like, but if I get something specifically canonically wrong, tell me so.

This post is me trying to articulate exactly why it is I'm not fond of Neal. I'm simply trying to just lay out what it is about him that irks me while being as objective and impartial as I can. Some of this post will overlap with other articles and...
