Mirror, mirror on the screen, who are the best and worst actors on the show?
Mirror, mirror on the screen, who are the best and worst actors on the show?
I thought of this while I was doing my polls about the best villain actors on the show. It also made me think of the Nostalgia Critic's best and worst Avatar: The Last Airbender episodes videos. So I decided to do a list of the best and worst actors on the show. Now, I would like to make ONE THING PERFECTLY CLEAR! Just because someone is in the worst list, it DOESN'T mean that I think they're a bad actor, just that I think that they're acting isn't as good as the others. Because I think the acting in Once Upon A Time is absolutely brilliant. So here is my list of both the worst of the best...

Nearly a year ago I made a list of my top 10 most beautiful women on the show but now my opinion has changed. It's changed even more because now we have some new beauties that we didn't have before. Please comment and if someone you think is really beautiful isn't here it doesn't mean I don't find them attractive, it just means they're not as beautiful as the others. If you're wondering how I feel about a certain character's looks who's not here feel free to ask me. Anyway, enjoy!

10.Anastasia
The only Once Upon A Time In Wonderland character to make this list and boy she's a knock out!...

Many people (including the writers) seem to overlook the Blue Fairy but the truth is that she is one of the three most powerful people in Storybrook both because of her magic and because of the persuasive power she has over people. This article is meant to take a closer look at her involvement in the story and the effect her actions and prejudice has had on the lives of the main characters.

So there is no confusion the regular font is fact (taken mostly from OUATwiki) and italicized is my opinion.

I'm not very surprised that I have a very unpopular opinion about Peter Pan, who I absolutely DESPISE! I've always hated the character of Peter Pan, even before Once Upon A Time came into the picture, although at least this one portrays him the way he deserves, as a villain. This article is actually inspired by two articles that my friend, zanhar1, wrote about why she hates Bloom from Winx Club and the unfair biasness that Winx Club has for the good guys, which will inspire a lot of points on why I hate Peter Pan. Also, considering how zanhar1's article about why she hates Bloom ended up getting...

Okay, so I think my top 5 villains are all quite psychotic or HAVE BEEN at some point in their lives. I'm going to rank all 5 of them out of 10 of how evil I think they were during their darkest times.

1. Regina as the Evil Queen during her big bad rein: 8/10
I gave her 8 out of 10 because she was pretty evil, no kidding. She slaughtered villages, ripped out hearts, tore families apart and trapped people in her castle who had done nothing wrong. But now, she obviously isn't like that. The 8/10 was purely based on what she USED to be like.
2. Cora during the first part of season 2 as the main...

Snowing (Snow and Charming)
Law 1 of shipping; if it's cannon it's shippable, and Snowing is probably the most canon couple in the show. Even if you hate them both it's hard not to ship them. Though I am one of those people who dislikes both Snow and Charming, I will admit to shipping them. After all, they have a child together and by all she's the product of true love. And also, Snow and Charming will always find each other.

Regina and Charming
I mostly ship this due to this picture

And that picture (that I couldn't find) of Charming lightly touching Regina's shoulder and smiling at her...

This is another article inspired by a comment in the polls. I'm gonna start off with a little disclaimer; this article obviously isn't going to be CS friendly. If you know that you won't like what you're going to read please don't do that to yourself. However, in writing it I am to be as tactful and respectful as possible because I do want CSers to be able to read this. If you ship CS feel free to read and post your own counter arguments. I am open to a respectful debate.

My biggest bone to pick with CS is that I do very much believe that it ruined or at least damaged both Hook and Emma as...

I was just thinking about the fairy tale characters' real world counterparts, and I noticed that most of them had names that tied into their "real," fairy tale selves. So I decided to throw together a list of their names, with meanings and explanations, just for kicks. First I will say what the character's name is in fairy tale land, then in the real world, with meaning attached. All name meanings come from the website Behind the Name, with help from Wikipedia.

I will add more characters when they are introduced and edit existing characters when we know their full names and/or know more about...

Got board decided to write a little fanfiction. I did post this on fanfic.net too so if you see it there, just know it wasn't stolen from me nor did I steal it from someone else.
This fanfic takes place sometime after Regina, Emma, and the others arrive in Neverland. It starts out after they managed to locate Peter Pan.

“Do you want him back that badly? So badly enough that you’d be willing to do anything for to get him back?” Peter asked motioning to very displeased looking Henry.
“Yes. I’ll do anything you ask exchange for my son’s safe return.” Regina nodded.
“Anything at all?”...

One of the reasons I love OUAT is because its basically just one really screwed up family. Nearly all the main characters are related in some way at this point. While I was putting together their family tree I thought of something that would make it even better.

All we need is for two theories to be confirmed.

Theory #1: Eva and Cora are sisters. This would explain why Cora was so familiar with eva at her funeral.

Theory #2: Gina is Rumple's illegitimate daughter with Cora, unbeknownst to him. We know Rumps and Cora were in some sort of relationship so this isn't impossible.

We know so little about Cora at this point that its quite possible that one or both of these could be true and if they were the OUAT family tree would be come a circle.

This may include spoilers for those of you who aren't caught up yet but you should know that risk by now

It's no secret on this club that I can't stand Victoria (I refuse to call her Rapunzel) AT ALL! The only good things I can say about her is that she's good looking, I like her accent, and the actress is very talented. However, as a villain, she was a total waste of time because she did little to nothing. She wasn't intimidating AT ALL and just felt like some brat trying to have control over everything but looks really awkward and unconvincing as a legit threat. She felt more like a silly...

Mirrors have always been closely associated with Regina, even before her debut as a character in Once through her Disney counterpart. But just because she's now apart from that part of herself doesn't mean that the mirrors are any less symbolic. That said I won't be talking much of her relationship with the magic mirror (aka Sidney) as my goal here is to address the symbolism of the mirrors.

Mirrors as Symbolism

The mirror thing started pretty early with Regina.

Back in season 1 Regina was probaby the character most seen in front of the mirror. And quite a number of times she would be holding...

Granted pretty much everyone on this show is sympathetic but ya'll know I have a thing for Gina so I had to type this one up after realizing (because of an ask over on tumblr) I hadn't yet.

Regina was pretty much set up for failure...set up for it before even being conceived at that. Though her mother wanted what she thought was best for Regina (not letting her spend her life in poverty) she went about it all wrong and ended up making her miserable. All Regina really ever wanted was her lover, someone who cared for her. She started out as such a sweet girl and she went out of her way to rescue...

Everywhere you look on the internet there's really strong opinions on these characters and the way they interacted with each other and who was in the wrong, who to blame etc. and I just want to lay out the situation how I see it.

Rumplestiltskin and Milah were married in a time when honor meant everything. Honor Before Reason and Honor Before Death were the tropes that society lived by. We saw this when Rumplestiltskin talked about how difficult his life was because of the cowardly actions of his father and how he was forced to live with that shadow. In this scene he had a wife who seemed to...

"Please don't hurt me!" Smee begged.

Rumpelstiltskin was coming towards him, grinning like the evil crocodile that he was. There was nowhere to run. Nowhere to hide. Smee was trapped and scared, having been running through the woods for hours; Rumpelstiltskin hot on his tracks. Now the chubby sailor found himself backed into corner with nowhere else to go.

Rumpelstiltskin giggled his stupid little giggle. He found Smee's panic to be very amusing. He stretched out his clawed fingers and went for the frightened man's throat.

"No! Please!" Smee covered his throat defensively and sank down to the...

I'm curious as to what it would've been like. However I don't think it would be better if they did it this way. I mean there would be a HUGE plot hole about Emma not noticing everyone else not aging, except her. But I thought I'd make my own version of what I think the first episode would've been like. I'm not going to be doing this with every episode because it would just be a big mess and it's not worth it. This is just for fun. It's only going to be showing things from the real world, not the fairy-tale world. Please let me know what you think and don't take anything about this too seriously,...

I've been meaning to do this for a long time and now I'm finally doing it. Once Upon A Time has a lot of really beautiful women. I believe these women are the true beauties of the show and some need more appreciation for their looks. Please leave a comment but keep in mind this is just my opinion.

10.Mulan
First of all I'm not a big fan of her as a character, she has the personality of sand paper, but she's really beautiful. She has such long beautiful hair, even though it's in a weird style for most of the time we see her. I just love Asian eyes and her skin is lovely. She's such a natural...

3.The Wardrobe,is a nod to Narnia

4.The flowers in Snow's hair, are the ones in the little vase she puts by Davids bedside on her rounds at the hospital

5.Granny's Diner has Forest/Woods wallpaper and its where Ruby works ( Little Red Riding hood, dont go walking in those spooky old woods)

This is definitely a difficult one for me as Regina just has so many dazzling and fun moments, however I decided to go and pick out my personal favorites. And I ain't even gonna lie, when I started this article it was titled 'My top 5 Regina Moments'. It goes without saying that I couldn't pick just 5.

10. The other honorable mention goes to her kissing Henry and breaking Zelena's curse. Cute. Adorable. Touching. I was waiting for her to break a curse since her redemption arc started.

9. The fight with Zelena. I loved this so much simply because it was just such a badass fight. Like Regina was...

This just may be the way I view it, but in The Wizard of Oz from 1939, it seems like Glinda brought Dorothy to Oz with the tornado. What if Glinda was the one to summon the tornado that brought Zelena and Dorothy to Oz? Also, I'm going to mention this: In a scene where Bae/Neal was in Gold's shop, there was a doll, perhaps porcelain? It looked A LOT like Glinda. It had a pink dress, a high crown like hers, and maybe a long wand. Can anyone get screenshots of that? Maybe Neal really has been to Oz and its foreshadowing?

Also pointing this out: the Black Fairy was banished to a different realm...
