No, and I don't say this because I don't like her. I actually think Derpy is great. The best thing about her though is that you are always looking forward to locating her in the background acting goofy. I think she would lose her charm if she was a main character.

I think I agree with Angrykittykj...not sure that I'd want her to become a "main character." It would be very cool to learn more about her, hear her speak (more often?), maybe even have an episode or two based around her...but I don't know that making her a main character (either a seventh one, or on the level of, say, Spike) would be exactly the best idea.
