All aboard as we take you on a 10 hour adventure by bus to some of the Harry Potter movie locations which were either used in actual scenes from Hogwarts School or served as an inspiration to the film makers.

We’ll stop for lunch at a pub which will give you time to stretch your legs and soak up the history.

Learn how the films were made, discuss the books and hear trivia about the magical world of Harry Potter. Along the way you’ll have the chance to get off the bus, take pictures and see the locations up close.

Tour highlights include:

-Walk in the footsteps of Harry (Daniel Radcliffe) around...

Every year at Hogwarts seems to get darker and darker. But when Harry Potter starts his sixth year in "Half-Blood Prince," expect things to lighten up a bit.

"If we pull [it] off [right], it should be the funniest of the films so far," Daniel Radcliffe promised.

That's because, as director David Yates points out, it's the "sex, drugs, and rock and roll" of the Potter books, with massive making-out sessions to occur for several characters — Ron and Lavender, Harry and Ginny — as they come of age. "It's the 'American Graffiti' for this set," Yates said. "I'm looking forward to developing the...

A rare and natural beauty
A rare and natural beauty
5. Ginny-For starters, I love her beautiful red hair. It's so gorgeous. I love it when she has that white flower in her hair, it's pretty. I also love her eyes. She's just stunning. She has an amazing smile. She is such a natural beauty.

4. McGonagall-Now, before you start calling me weird, let me explain. Have you seen her as a young woman? She's gorgeous! I love her big eyes, they're so amazing. She has gorgeous hair.

3. Luna-I love Luna's looks! She's stunning! I love her long, blonde hair. I also adore her eyes, not to big and not too small. I love her radish earrings, they compliment her...

"Well, I can certainly see why we're trying to keep them alive. Who wouldn't want pets that can burn, sting, and bite all at once?"

"Longbottom, if brains were gold, you'd be poorer than Weasley, and that's saying something."

--------------------------------------------------

"Oh how silly weve been!" Malfoy sneered. "We should have stroked them! Why didnt we guess?"
"I-I thought they were funny," Hagrid said uncertainly to Hermione.
"Oh tremendously funny!" said Malfoy. "Really witty, giving us books that...

~ Fred and George, however, found all this very funny. They went out of their way to march ahead of Harry down the corridors, shouting, "Make way for the Heir of Slytherin, seriously evil wizard coming through..."

~ Harry's fine, he's down in the Chamber of Secrets having tea with his fanged servent...

~ "No - no - no!" someone was shouting. "No! Fred! No!"
And Percy was shaking his brother, and Ron was kneeling beside them, and Fred's eyes stared without seeing, the ghost of his last laugh still etched upon his face.

~ Ron: “Sure you’re not thinking of Gorgovitch?”
Harry: “Who?”

MARNIE!
MARNIE!
Hi guys, I'm a big fan of Harry Potter and I remember watching Halloweentown. So, I'm going to be writing the similarities between Hermione and another young witch, Marnie Piper.

Marnie Piper

I first saw Halloweentown back in 2001 before Harry Potter hit the cinema theatres! Okay, I was very happy that Marnie is her own character and she is not the typical Mary Sue character.

Hermione Granger

Okay, I watched all of the Harry Potter series, and I have that Hermione is actually very much like Marnie, in terms of personality except that she more of a book-worm. To whom I look up to, not to forget that their names rhyme!
If Harry Potter and Halloweentown were to be set in the same universe, it would be great to make a film about the characters together!

Hermione or Marnie?

Who do you like? If you have anymore similarities between these 2 heroines, let me know!

Dumbledore's office
*Dumbledore's office, a quiet retreat and study for the sage Headmaster, was located in one of the highest towers of Hogwarts. Dumbledore's fascination with the universe and the skies became the room's defining feature.

*One of the most expensive props in the film was the working telescope in Dumbledore's office which was rarely seen on screen.

*On the shelves in Dumbledore's office are hundreds of books, many of which are actually old phonebooks covered in leather and dust.

Gryffindor common room
*The Gryffindor common room and the boys' dormitory were actually built as two connected sets. The staircase spirals up to a hallway that in one direction led to the boys' dormitory set. In the other direction a doorway simply drops off into nowhere.

I've noticed that (here, anyway) a lot of fans seem to have severe opinions of Snape. Either they hate him, or they love him and he's the best character ever. I don't see many who have a mixed opinion of him, so I'm going to try to explain mine.

I think that, while Snape was extremely brave spying on Voldemort and the Death Eaters for many years - and I can't imagine how hard that would have been - there are also many bad points about him.

+ I do pity him his childhood. Parental breakup and them fighting all the time, being poor, being picked on and isolated. Poor him. Unlike others though, I...

I ran up to my room and flopped onto my bed. How could this have happened? There must have been a mistake. I buried my head into my pillow and thought of what I would have to do as a muggle. I'd have to go to a muggle school, and make muggle friends. I'd have to get a job and earn muggle money... Which I don't understand. I heard a quiet knock on my door. "Ron?" I heard a voice ask. I didn't reply. The door opened and I felt a weight upon the bottom of my bed. "Ron, it will be alright" I heard my dad say. "Why has this happened?" I turned over and asked my dad. He was still wearing his work...

My opinion is that it gives way too many spoilers. I mean, I watched someone playing it and it was like reading the book! So my advice is to not play video games of books you have not read yet. Please don't unless you want to ruin your life. Your whole entire LIFE. To any sane person out there, follow my advice. Either that or READ FASTER. To any Harry Potter fan, From Me!
P.S This is advice from one Harry Potter fan to another. And never name a yorkie shihtzu Howard. EVER. It just doesn't fit him. Or her.
-The world is not split into "good people" and Death Eaters.
-Know your weaknesses and learn to use them to your advantage.
-Belief in Wackspurts doesn't make you less of a person.
-Eat chocolate, it really helps.
-It isn't who you are, but what you grow to be.
-Even if you just believe you swallowed Felix Felicis, you will still do amazing things.
-Dementors affect both wizards and Muggles alike.
-Though the Snitch is small, it earns the most points when caught.
-The Sorting Hat might put you in one house, but Hogwarts fights best when fully united.
-Death is but the next great adventure.
-Galleons...

After rereading both DH and SS, I began to wonder. You may have seen the picture of Harry releasing the snake in the zoo with JKR's comment on the snake being Nagini. I actually have a few problems with that. I realize that some of this can be called book-movie inconsistency, but this is a Wild and Crazy theory.

First off, gender. Consistently, Nagini is called female. HOWEVER, if you listen carefully to the snake's voice in SS, it is clearly male.

Next, location. Voldemort must have made Nagini into a Horcrux fairly soon after doing the same (accidentally) with Harry. Thus, the snake in the...

Dear

Thank you very much for your letter addressed to J.K.Rowling. We receive many letters from young people who ask Ms. Rowling how to become a writer and ask about her inspirations.

As you can imagine, the great popularity of Harry Potter and his author have resulted in extraordinary demands on Ms. Rowling's time. The flood of letters reaching put to Ms. Rowling is truly overwhelming. Much as Jo Rowling wishes she could respond to each and every request, it is not humanly possible. She has asked us to respond to her many fans and then forward all the letters she recieves.

I'll be switching between POV's like last time.

Scorpius POV

I waved to Hagrid, who was lugging in a GIANT Christmas tree for The Great Hall. "Ello, Scorpius." he grunted, his hands much too occupied to wave back. "Have you seen Rose, Hagrid?" I asked. I had been searching for her most of the day, as I wanted to say bye to her before she left for home. "Not today... You migh' wanna check th' mistletoe bunches. She migh' o' gotten stuck under one." he replied, lumbering off with the gargantuan tree. The mistletoe bunches! Why hadn't I thought of that? The bunches are enchanted so...
