Princesses and Puppies

Hello! Thanks for bothering to click on my article : ) I’ve been on the spot for a couple of months now and I think it’s time that I write an article. I’ve only every written one article before this, so forgive me if it’s not that good. I hope that you enjoy it. I just have to say that I like each of the princesses, and I’ve written why I like and dislike each of them. This is my opinion so please respect it, I don’t really like getting rude or nasty replies (I end up crying so please don’t drive me to that) but constructive criticism is most definitely welcome and your very free...

This list is so hard because every princess is unique and pretty in their own way. Also, I still haven't really figured out how to add pictures, so please don't hold it against me!

10. Snow White

Aww, Snow! I really didn't want to put her last. She is just so sweet looking and it's just so perfect! I feel like her looks match her personality 100%. Sadly, compared to the other princesses she just doesn't do anything for me....but I'm sure if we'd come back to her in two or three years after she's matured she'd be beautiful.

9. Tiana

I really love Tiana! On the surface she looks really good, but...

Compared to most of you I love ALL of the redesigns of the princesses, but I do have a list of the best redesigns too so here's my list :)

10. Cinderella

When I first saw this redesign I was thinking "Is this Cinderella?", I mean look at her, how many similarities can you find between the way she looked in the movie to this design? Only a few I guess, but that doesn't stop me from loving this redesign, the hairstyle is a HUGE improvement from the awful bun she had before, the dress is very pretty, but like most other people I think she looks almost too much like Barbie, but not to an extent...

10th Movie: Pocahontas
I have so many issues with this movie, I just cannot ignore the flaws. Though I love the animation, the score and the ending.

10th Princess: Aurora
Poor Aurora, I like her but her lack of screen time always puts her in disadvantage.

10th Prettiest: Snow White
Perhaps if she was older, she'd rank up but I'm just not a fan of her look to be honest. Though her lips are lovely.





9th Movie: Snow White and...

Before anything else, I want to say that princesslullaby ran the polls and the countdown, I’m just writing the article. So all credit to her.
It seemed that this was a more difficult countdown than the princess one. There were fewer landslide eliminations and more instances of people saying they weren’t sure who to vote for, and people in general seemed less certain of their choices. Favorite/Ranking/What I think... about the Disney Princesses
    This is my first article. Something you should know is when it comes to Disney and non-Disney movies, characters, ect. I am very optimistic, very rarely critical to find fault, and take into account all movies (sequels, tv shows, clips, ect.) and books. I think it adds to form a more well rounded idea of the characters.

My little sister, she's nine years old, is really into Disney Princess and she's been bugging to me let her do this all week. So If you want to see a child's perspective of the princesses, here you go. My writing is plain, her's is in bold.

She's my #10 because her voice is very annoying. And I think she's really dumb but still think she's interesting.

Aurora is this low because half of the movie she is sleeping but she is still very pretty and charming.

When I was faced with the decision of what to play during my wedding, it was easy- Disney love songs. I wanted to incorporate Disney into my wedding (which is in December), but not have it be in-your-face or cheesy, so that was my decision. (I'm also having a glass slipper as a cake topper.) :) So while planning my list, I realized that I have very specific favorites when it comes to DP love songs, so I thought I'd share them with you. Enjoy!

10) A Whole New World



Man, does this song get on my nerves. I’m sure it was groundbreaking when Aladdin was released, but this song is so cliché...

One thing for sure about Disney they know how to do romance. So I'm counting down my favorite DP couples.

10.Aladdin and Jasmine
Aladdin is my #1 and Jasmine is my #2 but together they're my #10. Does that make sense? Yeah, I never gotten the sense of True Love between them. Their relationship seems very physical in my opinion, like they're just two kids in high school messing around. The way Jasmine said "I love you" seemed very half assed to me. Don't get me wrong, I love Aladdin and Jasmine, they're my childhood heroes, but I don't think they're in love.

9.Tiana and Naveen

10. Snow White

I'm so sorry Snow! :( I'm not the biggest fan of Snow's wardrobe. Her rags are oddly flattering but horribly faded, and don't do much justice to Snow. The primary colour dress is sweet and iconic, and even though I do love it, it can only work on the one and only fairest in the land. I do love Snow White's bows though, I'm a big fan of bows in general.



9. Pocahontas

After a while the food was finished and the girls sat down to eat the lovely spaghetti carbonara that Mary had made. All of them loved it!

After they where finished Mary told them about some ideas about what the first episode would be about and they decided that it was going to be about the husbands of each of the princesses since all of them where married.

Mary asked the girls if anyone of them wanted to make dessert and only Tiana and Snow White seemed interested, but since Tiana owned a resturant and made real food Snow White was going to make the dessert and she made gooseberry pie. Everyone...

Since I did a Disney Princess ranking, I thought I'd do a Disney Prince ranking also. I've switched from using a pencil to a ballpoint pen. My drawing skill has vastly improved since my Disney Princess ranking, so I really don't miss the ability to erase mistakes.

10. Briar Rose

Briar Rose is lovely and perfect, but her character isn't given any opportunity to shine.

Cinderella has a lot of energy, character, and kindness, but she's almost too passive. Still, she shows enough fight in her to be a net positive, which inches her up to the number 9 spot.
