How is it that my list, besides numbers 1-3, is constantly changing? I love them all, just some more than others. Yet everytime I rewatch one of their movies, it's like seeing them for the very first time. And of course I am a woman, and we are known for always changing our mind ;) Anyways, here is my updated favorite Princess list.

9. Aurora
She used to be my 7th favorite, now she is 9th. It doesn't mean I love her any less; it basically boils down to the fact that I just want to see more of her. Anytime I watch Sleeping Beauty, I'm always skipping to the parts with her in it, and before I know it, I'm done watching the movie. She's graceful, angelic, and downright beautiful, and I'd kill to have her hair. It is perfect.
One gift: beauty rare...gold of sunshine in her hair.

8. Snow White
Snow White remains my 8th favorite. She is so irritatingly sweet. How can you not like her? Sure she goes into peoples houses without being invited in, but she does clean and cook a pot of stew while she's there! Like Cinderella, Snow White is ever so sweet and kind, even though her Stepmother is out to get her. And in the end, all of her dreams come true.
Lips red as the rose, hair black as ebony, and skin white as snow.

7. Jasmine
Princess Jasmine used to be my 5th favorite. I think she is absolutely gorgeous. I love her big eyes and her long luscious hair. I can't stand it when people say she's a bitch. So she stands up for herself...people need to do that more, myself included. She knows what she wants, and will stop at nothing to get it.
She's smart, fun. The hair, the eyes. Anything. Pick a feature.

6. Pocahontas
Pocahontas used to be my 4th favorite. I still think she is the most beautiful out of the whole bunch. I just can't get over the fact that she becomes kind of dull and boring after meeting John Smith. When we first meet her, she's jumping off of cliffs and canoeing down waterfalls. After meeting ol' Smithy, she just acts so serious. Lighten up. Don't lose your identity because of a man.
Or do you still wait for me, dreamgiver?

5. Mulan
This girl used to be 9th! I just rewatched Mulan last night, and she is just awesome. She's fun, adventurous, brave, and honorable. She's willing to risk her life for her Father. How many of us would be willing to make that kind of sacrifice? She is the underdog throughout most of the film. We all sat back and rooted for her; wanting her to suceed...and she did! She saves all of China by defeating the evil Hun army. She is total kick ass. There's nothing negative to say about her.
You'll bring Honor to us all!

4. Tiana
Tiana was my 6th favorite. I don't know why, but lately I've been addicted to the Princess and the Frog (it maaaaaay have something to do with Naveen). Each time I watch it, I love Tiana even more. We're both from the south, we're both the only child, both are close with our Moms, and both of us have had to work hard for what we have. I get her. I love her look, even though I wish they'd let her freaking her down! She's sweet, but firm.
Dreams do come true when you believe!

3. Ariel
My top three are still the same. At #3, is the lovely Ariel. I love her to freaking death. What's not to love about a mermaid?! She has awesome red hot hair, which no one else could pull off quite like her. She's funny, sassy, adventurous and full of endless determination.
Up where they walk, up where they run, up where they stay all day in the sun!

2. Belle
I have loved her since the very first time I saw Beauty and the Beast when it was originally released in theatres. I felt like her most of my life...living in a small, boring lifeless town. eventually I got out, and so did Belle. I love how she doesn't judge the book by its cover. She is genuine, and honest.
I want adventure in the great wide somewhere! I want it more than I can tell.

1. Cinderella
I know...BIG surprise that she is my #1. This was the first movie ever purchased for me. I saw it for the first time when I was 3, and I've pretty much been obssessed with her ever since. Then I went to Disney World when I was 4, and that LITERALLY sent me over the edge. I knew what I wanted to be when I grew up: Cinderella! To this day seeing her makes me feel like that little girl again. I love everything about this Princess. Even though life has treated her badly, she remains just as sweet and kind as ever.

What I love the most about Mulan is she's someone who was trained for battle but instead of depending on weapons to win the war, she uses strategy. It shows that you don't always have to rely on brute strength or weapons to win, you can use your own brain. It really bums me out that people forget that about Mulan and just remember her for learning how to fight. -BB2010

I love her bravery, perseverance and how she's willing to disguise as a man and go off to war to save her father. -LMH5113

I love Mulan's love for her family. She loved her family so much that she would risk her own life to save...

Belle yelled in surprise as Phillipe bolted, causing her to go flying through the air and land unceremoniously on her back. She lay there, winded, trying to catch her breath.

She was about to call for Phillipe when she realised he had turned around and cantered away immediately after throwing her off. She didn't know what had provoked such erratic behavior. She usually wasn't the one to ride him, but he was as friendly to her as to her father. He had always been a well-mannered horse. For him to behave in this manner showed there was something very wrong going on. Her father was in trouble.

She...

Before we say goodbye to not just this year but also this decade, it's time I write an article that I wanted to write for a long time.
As a lot of you know, and for those who don't, Frozen is a movie/franchise that means a lot to me. Without it, I wouldn't even be on this site. It all started back in October of 2014,when I started to form a crush on the fictional character of Elsa. Originally, it was because I thought she was incredibly gorgeous, and I still think so, to this day. But, as the days went by and did more of my research, I realized how similar Elsa was to me and I began to relate...

Wow, ok. It's been five years (oh lordy) since I last wrote one of these, and with a new princess officially in the lineup I think it's high time I revisited my list. Let's do this.

12. Rapunzel

Uuuuuuuuuuuuugh Rapunzellllllllllllllllllll I really wish I liked her more than I do. The funny thing is that I actually think she's a great character and she's also one of my most relatable DPs, but despite this she just doesn't do it for me. There are two primary reasons for this. Firstly, she is not a particularly believable character for me. Seriously, no one would be that socially well-rounded after...

Today's rewatch: The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning
Last time watched: 2008

How much did I like this movie as a kid?

I didn't. Like, at all. In fact, after we see how Ariel's mom died that was it for me. Okay, so let me start from the beginning; If you've read my articles about TLM and TLM 2, you know that TLM is one of my most favorite movies and was a huge part of my childhood so when I was 15 years old I found out that there was going to be another movie of course I was excited!...

Something I've often said in the past is one of the scariest type of villain is one that could exist in real life like Frollo, Bellweather, Lady Tremaine, and Mother Gothel. Gaston is definitely a villain that deserves to be on this list.

Some people will say he's too silly to be a scary villain or just isn't scary enough until the climax of the movie. But some people who have had to deal with their own Gastons in life will say differently.

First off, it's made pretty clear from the beginning that Gaston is a bully who has most likely never been told "no" and therefore can never take it for...

Of course, we all have our faves and we feel a certain way when our favorite princesses are getting criticized. For me, I do feel like Tiana gets quite a bit of flack, some deserved but some is quite overboard. For example, people call Tiana mean and even ruthless for simply doing what Ray tells her by leaving him to fight off the shadows by himself but if she went against his orders, you know that would be yet another opportunity for people to call her condescending. So I'm just gonna counter some complaints against Tiana.

Human Tiana is more likable than frog Tiana.
Not really gonna disagree...

Unlike SB vs M, this one had some mixed results for some of the questions.

O = Original
R = Remake
O and R = Original and Remake

Favorite Cinderella
O 7
R 2

Ella and Cinderella were both equally good characters, they were both kind, both tried to make the best out of a bad situation, and both had courage. There are mixed feelings for Ella though; she was constantly smiling even when being insulted, she was given a poor reason to stay in her home, her character used the "always be kind" in a way that made her a doormat for her stepfamily even when her father was alive, and while the original Cinderella...

Tonight's rewatch: Both Frozen shorts
Last time watched: 2018

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
Like Frozen, these shorts came out in my 20s so I wasn't a kid but like I said before, I'm a kid at heart! I was hesitant to watch both shorts because I kept hearing a lot of Frozen haters call these shorts cash cows and said the holiday special was boring. I hardly heard anything positive about both shorts. I watched Frozen Fever about a week or two after it premiered and I loved it and I finally watched Olaf's Frozen Adventure around christmas time last year and, again, loved it!

Why I love...
