Nearly all princesses, they have love interests. Although I am really into romance, I admire some of the couples. I love Ariel & Eric, but my favorite couple is Rapunzel & Flynn. Anyway let me not mess the topic.

One of the most admired princesses is a strawberry blonde, hardworking girl with diamond blue eyes, she is so kind to animals ; Its Cindy! Cinderella I mean. Cinderella's love interest is Prince Charming. But I really don't like them as a couple and here are some reasons why:

1~ Charming doesn't deserve Cinderella

As I said, Cinderella is a hardworking, nice, kind girl while Charming is a spoiled prince and I hate his attitude, he just likes himself so much. You can see that from his face when many ladies, young girls came to the ball for being with him. He was like, "Ooh, you are ugly," or "Duh you can't have me eww"
Meanwhile, Cinderella on the other side is just.. Just so modest. She never tells how her soft, strawberry blonde hair, diamond blue eyes, pale skin is pretty. She never tells how hardworking she is. She never tells how strong she is, stronger then all other classical princesses ( I really like her,). She never tells...
^That 'never tells' continues into a never ending circle. She's just amazing and modest.
See? How can Charming deserve this girl? He was so lazy sitting there in palace while his servants were searching for the glass shoe fit.

2~ Just for 'looks'

This is so complicated. Charming likes Cinderella just because of the way she looks because she could have Anastasia or Drizella instead of her! I mean, of course the looks are important but not enough important to make up a relationship! He's a jerk, which kind of prince just wants their princess for looks?

3~ Only choice for Cindy
Cinderella had an awful life. She had to work like a servant. Her stepmother made her to do all the nasty work like cleaning the big house, and they gave her nothing to wear then a blue and brown maid gown. When Cinderella made a dress, they tore it up and her stepsisters treated her like a dog with blaming everything on her. Of course, everyone in her situation would wait for their saver, or should I say prince?!?

And Cinderella needed the opportunities for being saved as fast as she can, so she literally went to the first prince she had the opportunity with; Prince Charming. Personally I believe Cindy was just so excited to be saved from her awful life so she didn't care about the prince who saved her at all, but I do. And since its just a choice ( no other choices provided) I can't say its a healthy relationship.

4~ About 2 days..

Every relationship had its own wars, for example Belle fighting for The Beast. It took long, we can see that from months and the changing weather through the movie. But geez, Cinderella's love story lasted about two days long. Let me show you:

1- Cinderella was so bored of her awful life, and thought the ball that every young girl in the kingdom was invited was her only chance.

2- Cinderella made a dress that her ugly stepsisters ruined later.

3- Fairy Godmother helped Cinderella for clothes and a car with animals as her servants.

4- Cinderella went to the ball and quickly became the attraction of Charming, they started dancing together.

5- Time was up Cinderella ran away that night.

6- At morning, Charming found her with the glass slipper she left.

That's it! About 2 days, its it...
How is she supposed to learn something, I say something about Charming-

5~Really, really basic prince

Every Disney prince is unique:

Naveen= Frog Prince, black prince
Philip: Fought a dragon, hero prince
Flynn: Funny prince, criminal prince
Shang: Warrior prince, strong prince
Eric: The only prince who got saved by the princess
John Smith: Villain into hero prince

See? Only Snow White's Prince and Charming are classic princes with brown hair and do nothing then sing, dance, smile.

Sorry it took me so long to finish this countdown. I just got lazy I guess haha. I did this countdown because while there have been multiple "Best Kiss" countdowns I have never seen the "Almost Kisses" get much appreciation. I think they are cute and suspenseful, so I thought I would give them the spotlight for once. Here are the results, compiled for your enjoyment. :)

9. Tiana and Naveen's 1st Almost Kiss

It's no surprise this kiss left first. It's the only one here that isn't romantic in the slightest, since Tiana doesn't even want to kiss him and she's only doing it to get her restaurant....

My 2nd Valentine's Day themed article and this time it's about my top 10 most romantic DP Movie Moments, hope you'll like this article

10. Pocahontas & John Smith shares their first kiss

This was a risky move considering what happened afterwards and considering that they didn't get as much privacy as they wanted, but wow, this scene is so beautiful and romantic, the music is amazing here and the kiss is quite passionate

9. Eric shows Ariel his kingdom

I feel like one of few who doesn't find the boat ride scene to be romantic, it's more of a silly scene and the song isn't even romantic...

I did say I was going to write Christmas related articles here, but I've been wanting to write this one for a while, but I've been putting it off because I thought that pretty much everyone had the same list, but after thinking about it some parts of the list can variate from person to person though I believe that most of you will agree with my top 5. Anyway this was by far the hardest list I've ever written, the top 5 where settled in stone, but the rest where really hard to place. I based this on many aspects, but mostly on if the princess has both her parents alive, one parent alive or is...

My list hasn't changed all that much but I thought after rewatching Aladdin I would write an updated list.

13. Merida- Not a fan, I'm all for female empowerment but I don't like her attitude. She is just so rude & I do not find her likeable.

12. Elsa- She just really bugs me. I can't think of any other reasons but she just aggravates me.

11. Anna- Not keen on her either. She is not as bad as the other two but I'm not a fan, moving on.

10. Tiana- She is too much of a workaholic. I get that she has dreams to run her own restaurant but she can have fun once in awhile.

9. Jasmine- Jasmine has really...

Inspired by link, who did an amazing job(! <3), I really wanted to do my own version with favorite Openings. I actually really love the original fairy tale concept of the Disney Princesses and I love the openings that give a more magical and fairy tale kind of feel. (By the way, I am primarily trying to stick to the first 2-4 minutes.) So here is my ranking of the DP film openings, I hope you guys enjoy this light read! :D

12. Frozen: Frozen Heart/Ice Opening
I personally found this to be uninteresting and irrelevant to the film's magic, fairy tale and princesses (mostly) in the film. No explanation...

I, myself only knew 8 out of 24. Who knows, you might know more than me or know less than me. Either way enjoy reading and absorb the knowledge!

Trivia

1) Art director Brian McEntee color-keyed Belle so that she is the only person in her town who wears blue. This is symbolic of how different she is from everyone else around. Later, she encounters the Beast, another misfit, also wearing blue and with blue eyes. It symbolized good in the film whereas red symbolized evil (the color of Gaston's shirt is red). A notable exception to this code is Gaston's blue eyes - making him the only Disney villain...

I love art! I love culture, history, music and I love art. I have done some posts and polls about the Disney Princesses in reference to music, culture and fashion but not art yet so I thought I would do that next. I like to think of the Disney Princesses as "cultured" young women who have manners, etiquette, decent universal knowledge and appreciation for the arts. So, in my theory of the Disney Princesses being cultured, albeit each at their own levels, here are the paintings that I think each Disney Princess would love the most. (I could probably find a Van Gogh for each of them as I absolutely...

Happy Halloween! After much thinking about this, I think I finally came up with another article that i'm sure would be interesting to talk about.

Everything lives in a balance. there can't be good without bad, light without darkness, etc etc...The dichtonomy of ying-yang and how they complement each other is a subject that I find fascinating to read about, and mostly to apply it to other things. Something interesting i noted is how often in Disney the villains are pretty much the exact opposite of the heroes, but they often sometimes come from a same base. And in that base, they have much in...

I find majority of the DP Movies to be a bit scary, but that doesn't mean that it's impossible to make a list of the scariest movies, but it wasn't an easy list to do, but as usual I hope you'll enjoy this article

12. Cinderella

Okay so the bottom 3 are the only ones I'm really sure about and especially number 12, I mean do I even need to explain why it's last? But luckily it's there for a good reason, but despite being last it does have a few scary moments, but nowhere near as much as the movies above

11. Frozen

This movie also lacks scary moments, but I placed it higher because it...

Because I am still in a musical mood but also ready for the "autumn/Halloween" mood, I'd like to incorporate the two! There aren't many DP villain songs overall but I came up with at least 9 that were good enough to use for the sake of this countdown. I rated each of the songs against how villainous the lyrics were, how villainous the music sounds, how villainous the scene that accompanies the song in the film is and how villainous is the goal of the villain (or just the villain itself) singing the song? I ranked each song in the 4 categories and then ranked them overall by accumulative "evil"...

It is the month of October which, in reference to DPs, definitely makes me think of the villains! Since I enjoy themes, October will have a "Halloween, Autumn, or Villain" theme in most of my posts. This one is going with Halloween & Villains! I still cannot add any photos to these articles but I will be doing so as soon as possible. I only included the villains that I actually remember doing an "evil laugh" in their original film:

9. Governor Ratcliffe- Pocahontas: Not really an evil laugh, more of a "bad person" laugh. Not too scary.

8. Lady Tremaine- Cinderella: Although it's evil,...

I have recently learned that the red hair is a recessive gene and will eventually die out in centuries to come. To think of it, it is very sad as I absolutely love the fiery reds. So this article is inspired from this recent learning and to dedicate to my favourite hairstyle among all princesses.

13. Cinderella:
I hated putting her so down, especially she being my 3rd favourite princess. I hate the length of her hair, its like neither here nor there. I'd say, being a house maid, the pony with simple tie-band suited her purpose. I actually liked her cute little braids in the morning. But when...

Props to link for posting the link When I came up with answers for the 2nd question, favorite music or songs, I really liked them so I wanted to share them as an article.

Snow White- All You Need Is Love by The Beatles: Simple tune with a heartfelt message and catchy melody. Reminds me a lot of "A Smile and a Song".
"All you need is love
All you need is love
All you need is love, love
Love is all you need"

Aurora- Your Song by Elton John: A beautiful classic love song that I think is thematically close to Aurora's heart. (Once Upon A Dream: The gleam in your eyes is so familiar a gleam.)...

Hey everyone! So a really talented writer on this site had posed a question about which princesses fit best as friends into friend groups. This made me very happy because I honestly think about this all the time (Disney Princess crossovers) so I was excited about the opportunity to read other fans' opinions. After reading many people's opinions and putting careful thought into this, I believe I have come up with groups that best fit the personalities involved. I would love to hear what you guys think, see if you agree or disagree and why so please feel free to leave detailed comments. Thanks!...

Okay so I know I got off on the wrong foot here with some users so I wanted to give a peace offering (to those who want it) by telling about myself so others will get the chance to understand me and see where I am coming from. This is my attempt to:
1) Formally apologize: To those who I lost my temper with, I sincerely apologize for the way I conducted myself. I truly did not come here to start arguments but to get the opinions of others. I humbly ask that you forgive my passionate responses and know that I promise to work on not losing my temper. No matter how threatened or attacked that I...

Since I'm being so villainous, it seemed like an appropriate time to share MY OPINIONS on DP movies villains and rank them in order. (Joke intended :D)

So here goes:

1. Maleficent:
with her one nasty evil stroke, she set the stage, She didn't dabble in small time efforts. Her character is the most alluring and unique. She was a fairy, but an evil one. She has the aura of an enchantress. I loved her confidence when she took the stage while casting out the spell.
The best villainy traits: downright evil, need no disguise, doesn't flaunt but does every act confidently and with most style.

2. Mother...
