What's Your Favorite Disney Sequel?

What's you favorite disney sequel or at least the one you hate the least? My favorite is Lady and The Tramp 2: Scamp's Adventure, it's in my top 10 favorite movies of ALL TIME! It's a MILLION times better than the original, which I loath. The music is amazing, I love the characters, and the animation is gorgeous. I absolutely love Scamp and Angel, definitiely in my top 5 favorite animated characters of ALL TIME!

You know, if it weren't for the original, there wouldn't even be a sequel. The original is a classic, and is one of Disney's most successful movies. Hell, it's had countless amounts of scenes of other movies and shows based off its Bella Notte scene. And do you really expect a movie made in the 50s to be perfect? They were just getting the hang of animating, so of course it wasn't going to be perfect! They didn't have the technology and whatnot we have today. I like the sequel, but you really should appreciate the original. If it weren't for the original you wouldn't be able to praise the sequel because it never would've even existed.

The fact that home videos made it and the animation is terrible, I didn't really like it D: also how the voices were changed here and there

That's my second favorite disney sequel. I also love The Lion King Sequels! I love The Little Mermaid 2: Return To The Sea but I hate The Little Mermaid 3: Ariel's Beginning.

i chose for bambi 2 you even though it's not a sequel but a miduel why because i love the love relationship building up for both father and son and yeah i like how bambi show love and caring for his mother therefore this film has shown me that not only will the great prince recevied love from his son but he will also learn that it's easy being a single but it is easy to have fun with your love ones and for bambi having his father's courage is something that bambi has succeded into becoming the future great prince and there's something bambi has to learn it's not all fun and games but it is also his duty to learn something new and learn to experience.

Scamp's Adventure is easily my favorite Disney Sequel too-- I probably like it more than a half of actual Disney Classics, and if a few small scenes would've been altered slightly, it seriously might be in my top ten favorite Disney movies. The animation and songs tower over that of most Disney Sequels, and the new characters here are incredibly well-developed for sequel standards. The other sequels which I like/love are Cinderella III, The Lion King 2, Beauty and the Beast 2, Patch's London Adventure, Bambi II, The Rescuers Down Under, and Return to Neverland. There are several more I'm okay with though too, there are only about five or so sequels I actually hate.

Because the original is horrible and the sequel is actually good. The protagonist is relatable and realistic, the heroine is awesome and has an interesting backstory, the story actually has a villian, the villian is very fun and clever, the songs are amazing, the story sends a beautiful message, the sequel hero and heroine have MUCH better developement as both characters and a couple than Lady and Tramp do, the animation is gorgeous, and the back ground characters are pretty enjoyable. It's truly one of disney's best movies and to me the original is one of the worst disney movies.

I actually really like Pocahontas 2. I use to hate it but I think it was because I was letting everyone influence me about it and I hated that Pocahontas ended up with someone else. But I realized it actually was a believable story, Pocahontas was still the same character, the songs were good, and I have such nostalgia from it. Also I love The Little Mermaid 2 too, wow that was kind of a tounge twister.

It is the only sequel to do its predecessor justice, continuing the story from a natural and believable standpoint, coming up with another conflict that feels right, and keeping the writing style similar to the first. They also subvert a lot of cliches like the fat comical one never gets a girl. SHE actually chose HIM. I love that every voice actor is kept the same as well. It just keeps with the quality.
