Don't get me wrong, I did like the finale however there was one thing that annoyed me more than anything; that they didn't redeem Kuvira. Again, don't get me wrong her actions were not by any means in the right but I do think there was a lot of room for her to be redeemed. Sorry if this article is poorly written, I'm kind of watching Divergent as I type. :P

First and foremost, Kuvira, started out as a really good person. She, in the beginning was one of the people to help save Korra when the Red Lotus attacked Zhao Fu. She also saved Korra's father's life. My point is, she was good once, she...

Well, why do people hate Korra I just don't understand it. This is a site about Avatar: Legend of Korra fans, not some people that say bad words about her. I love Korra and there are a lot of fans that love her too. Why do people say bad words about her here.Don't say bad words about it just stop watching it.If you don't like it don't watch it.And some say that the characters aren't developed good.If I don't like something I would say that the characters aren't developed. Just give me a reason to hate her.
I know I sort of made a poll about my favorite characters, but since I like typing unnecessarily long paragraphs, maybe artices are the best option for me. This is really one of my first articles ever, so please excuse my clunky writing.

5. Asami Sato
"They're just normal people who want their rights back!"
"They're just normal people who want their rights back!"

Even though I wasn't entirely interested with her at first, I ended up loving her by the end of the season. I admire her for her caring personality, as well as her independence. She treats people pretty fairly as well, not snapping at anyone unless she feels they deserve it....

Story Line: What would of happened if Korra and Mako never broke up after she defeated Unalaq? What would of happened if Amon did not die? Well I decided to write a story that answers those questions.

Chapter 1: Amon Is Alive Part 1

Narrator:
It had been 2 weeks since Korra had defeated Unalaq. Since then Mako decided he wanted be closer to Korra and protect her, since he almost lost when she faught Unalaq. So Tenzin allowed Him and Bolin to live at the Air Temple. Asami also lived there now since she no longer could go home since her father was arrested and the home was took as evidence. One...

Well, another great episode!

Jinora seems to be running out of time. She has been in the spirit world for 1 week now and is losing energy. So Katara is saving her. Team Avatar is fighting off Unalaq and friends to try and stop the Convergence, but ultimately fail. Vaatu is free and the world is now dark.

Next week is the finale, which has scenes of Korra and Unalaq fighting, which is driving me crazy!!!!! I can't wait to see it!

Well, epsiodes 11 and 12 have been the best of the season by far. If you missed them, I recommend you watch them. Have fun watching and I'll see you next week!

Ok before I say my reason to why I hate Asami. This is my own opinion. This way be hurtful to Asami fans but I'm not saying it to attack Asami fans. I'm typing this because I read a comment that pumpkinqueen said I only hate Asami for her looks. And that is not true. I have many reasons why I don't like her.

When Asami had first came on in ep 4. When she was riding on her motor thing. I thought she was one of the evil characters. But than she wasn't. But when she started to talk to Mako and date him. I was all angry. I always been a fan of Korra and Mako together. But that's not the only reason...

"As much as you drive me crazy. I also think your pretty amazing" Mako said.

Korra turn around. "So you do like me?" Korra asked.

"Yes! But I like Asami too. I don't know. Things are complicated. I just feel really confused and.... but before Mako could say anyhing else she ran up to him and kissed him.

Mako was shocked but then kissed back. A blush was on Korra's face as Mako was kissing her back. They both let go of their lips.

Mako looked at Korra shocked.

"Korra you kissed me. Why?" Mako asked.

"'I'm sorry but I couldn't help it. And you kissed me back you know" Korra said.

"I know. And...

The Last Airbender: Legend of Korra (originally titled Avatar: The Legend of Korra) is an upcoming American animated television mini-series that is expected to air on Nickelodeon in 2012.[1] The mini-series is a sequel to Avatar: The Last Airbender, which aired on the same network from 2005 to 2008, and will run for 26 episodes.[2] It will take place in the same fictional universe as the original show. The world is influenced by a multitude of cultural and ethnic elements. In it people may have the supernatural ability to manipulate either water, earth, fire, or air. There is one person known...

Mako and Bolin saw Korra giving people their bending back from a distance.

"I can't believe so many people got their bending taken away from Amon",Mako said to Bolin while looking at his girlfriend as people bowed and thanked her.

"yeah, what I can't believe is that korra is giving all their bending back",Bolin said."

"Finally she's done",Mako said as he and Bolin walked to her.

"Ready to go?",Korra said happy that its all over.

"Yes",Mako and Bolin said at the same time ready to go to air temple island.

"Did you almost forget about me,avatar",a person behind them said.

"TAHNO!",Mako...

So in my last article I mentioned that I wanted to compare two of my favorite characters; Azula and Kuvira. And that's just what Imma do.

First and foremost they are both cunning and manipulative. The two of them share that crazy ability to just twist their words to make their will appeal to their opposers. In the way Azula got Ty-Lee to join her side, Kuvira was able to get that one small Earth village on her side.

Likewise both seem to have this large interest with politics and military. They both have very meticulous strategies as to how to take the next place. They both want dominance. The...

My name is Hiroshi Sato, and I'm an ordinary citizen of Republic City, just like you. And just like many of you I spent my entire life living in fear- constantly worried that at any moment some bender could attack and take away everything I have, all because they were born with a power that I could never possess.

Several years ago my fears were finally realized when Firebenders took my wife from me while I was helpless to defend her.

But our days of living in fear are over, thanks to Amon.

By destroying the opressive, tyrannical bending government, Amon has ushered in a new era of hope and equality....

5. Opal

To be honest I'm not a huge Opal fan however I don think she's a pretty girl. She's only at 5 though because I think she's more cute than pretty. I think her eyes are really pretty, a nice shade of green. And I love her hair, I like short hair.

4. Eska

Much like I said in my top 5 prettiest Avatar girls; I have a thing for the darker more Gothic look. I love Eska's eyes, they are a very pretty shade of blue. I also love her blue makeup, blue is a great color. :3 Believe it or not I actually do really like how her makeup is styled in the above image, even though it's the product...

So I seem to have one of these for all of my favorite characters, and yet I haven't made one for these two. So I decided to type one up.

Kuvira

As always I will clear out the shallow reason first. Like many others I can very well appreciate physical beauty. To be rather honest, usually I start to appreciate my favorite character's physical appearance after they become my favorite. But with Kuvira, this was not the case. She just has such a beautiful and elegant face but all at once there is this sort of toughness to it. And she doesn't even really wear make up. I love her eye shape loads and...

To begin, I'd like to say that I'm not a fan of the love triangle aspect of Legend of Korra. I think it was distracting, not particularly interesting and I'm praying that it's never brought up again next season. That said, I do think that Korra and Mako have been getting a great deal of grief over the whole business, and I'd like to say my piece regarding the two characters in regards to many fans' reactions to them.

For a start, I don't have a problem with the idea of the two being an item. I don't like the ships that are not canon in the Avatar world, but the relationships in the show, the...

Avatar Aang was raised by monks, although the identity of his real parents was unknown. Being raised by monk Aang was taught about life and to respect it, the ways of the monks are ways of peace and meditation, Aang was already a master airbender before he found out he was the avatar, he learnt and mastered all four elements by the end of the summer. And all his masters were part of Team avatar(katara, toph, zuko). And he was just a kid. Monks are also spiritual people thats why it didn't take Aang along time to master going into the spirit world.
Well in Avatar Korra's case she mastered three...

Chapter 1 Amon Is Alive Part 2:

I continue to run thru the woods trying by myself time till my bending comes back or i get rid of them.I then saw them they were getting closer and closer to me. I started to wish Mako or someone saw me so then at least I be more evenly matched than i was right now. I also wished that Mako or my friends did not see me, becuase if anyone should get hurt should be me. If any of them got hurt I would not be able to forgive myself. I was just about to get my bending back when one of the chei blockers chei blocked me again. Then they also began to surround me. Right...

I think part of the reason he gets so much hate is because he’s difficult to relate to. And part of the reason Asami is such a fan favorite is because she’s extremely easy to identify with.

Like come on, while all of them have had shit happen to them, Mako has probably experienced the most crap out of the main cast, along with Bolin but even then, he’s done most of the sheltering and protecting and has had no one shelter or protect him.

Asami’s issues are terrible, and not only that but they’re relatable. Wayyy more extreme than most things the target audience will ever face obviously...

The whole Korrasami debate seems to be a hot topic amid the LoK fandom right now so I thought I'd give my input on it.

For starts, my major reason for liking Korrasami is that it is such a huge step in western animation. We finally have some LGTB representation in 'children's' media. And this isn't just some show with a small fanbase--the Avatar franchise is huge and widely popular--so for this show of all shows to have canon bisexuals is pretty cool in my opinion. I do understand that not everyone is comfortable with homosexuality but this is a pro-Korrasami article so I won't get into that....

Kuvira’s feet sounded rhythmically along the floor. One crossing over the other and then again and again.

The echoes of footfall a reminiscent of things passed…

Of a synchronized dance.

Her dance was lonely now.

She assumed it’d remain that way for quite some time. Her soldiers weren’t exactly fond of dancing, and the ones that were…well they weren’t graceful to say the least.

Kuvira remembered all too clearly dancing with a group. She considered them to be friends of some sort. They were a close group and their dance never out of sync. And in a way she missed them. But she had to...

I have a very hard time liking Korra. I find her to be stubborn, selfish, irrational, overly aggressive, pigheaded, immature, and obstinate. This list of adjectives can keep going, but I digress.

When LOK started, I was somewhat excited for a female avatar; my feminist side was all for a powerful female lead that would lead the avatar world to a time of peace. However, to my dismay, Korra was a strong and powerful character, but her other characteristics and personality flaws overthrew her potential as a character.

In Book 1, Korra basically does whatever the hell she wants because "she is...
