Ok guys here's the link to the concert of Frank Ocean at Coachella at 25:00 - 27:00 you can clearly see Nian. they are standing in the front row just in front of Frank. Ian is wearing a hat. He is standing just behind Nina and is rubbing against here back/butt lol enjoy!
