Well for me I think that they made damon and elena really cheesy!! I love them I really do but I think they just rushed them with a bunch of sex and kissing moments. But I think it's because it's been gone for so long and we have to adapt into the new season. Caroline was bugging me a lot and I'm not liking the Silas plot. I miss Klaus he is an amazing villain. I saw the originals got low ratings so I don't know how that's gonna do. But I know that the season will get better and damon and elena will be happy for a while. We just have to get back in the groove over a year ago

I don't understand how their sex and make-out scenes could be considered 'cheap'. Cheap is how I'd describe the Damon/Rebekah sex in 3x14, or Miley Cyrus new image. When the fans haven't had to wait to see their couple together, and it was just instant, and it was given to them with little or no effort required, then 'cheap' is a word I might use. We've waited 5 years for this. over a year ago

@delenaluv i guess it's like what you said that some people are not use to drama free DE. i mean S1-S4 premieres are all tragic for Elena. this the first ever that we get HAPPY Elena/Damon. i admit it was a little weird and different but in a really good way. i never thought it was cheap or cheesey i mean come on people they are a couple what do you expect them to do sit and hold hands? they're free to act on their feelings now that they are officially together after all they've been through not to mention the sexual tension they've been nursing for 4 yrs. it's natural, it's what in-love people do.so just chill and enjoy. seriously. over a year ago

And apart from that feeling of things being surreal, Damon still can't believe his luck or that he even deserves true love and happiness, and he probably still thinks loving Elena selfish, so that he - despite the three happy months [but after many decades that broke him] - can't shake the feeling that he does something "bad" to Elena in telling her that he loves her. over a year ago
