Acctually there are more fairy movies tha mermaid. So what do you have against mermaids? I'm just wondering. They never really made a full mermaid movie. They were rather connected with fairies or with modern world. over a year ago

No single mermaid movie? What about Mermaid Tale and its sea-quel? Also, why do you think the new pearly movie won't be connected with modern world? The same modern stuff. over a year ago

How do you know it will be modern? I didn't say I'm 100% sure it will be classic. As about MT and MT2 they were also connected with modern world-surfing. Barbie never was a true full mermaid. I'm trying to be optimistic for this new movie. Maybe it won't be modern at all. over a year ago

PrincessAnnika..most likely..NO! Mattel is running out of ideas..and they cant keep making new fairy worlds with new characters..therefore..they are continuing the fairytopia series. All the future fairy movies will probably take place in fairytopia..I can bet! As for the mermaid movies..I am not sure! over a year ago

haha..BarbieRosella..that's a good idea..but I don't think they're ever going to do that! I hope they make a mermaid tale 3 because I love trilogies...we can only hope that they make good movies in the future!! over a year ago

I'd love it if Mattel got ideas from us, but I don't think that'll happen anytime soon. I can't say I'm hugely excited about another mermaid movie, but there's no reason why it couldn't turn out okay, especially considering we only know a little bit about it. over a year ago

@ sparkletoes - Enough for the MT ones. The two movies is enough. More of the Fairytopia series would be better. Perhaps, a new mermaid adventure after Mermaidia would be nice. Even Mariposa can be a mermaid (lol, I'm kidding). over a year ago
