I don't know what to think , but the new pictures that Nina posted on her facebook page show Elena with straight hair similar to when she was human. It will be too obvious for Elena to take the cure but at the same time it's a good plot device for her to gain her memories back. That's just my opinion... I guess we have to wait and see. over a year ago

They don’t plan to go back there, but there has to also be a cure in the other prison world (although I doubt that someone of the main characters will stay there long enough to travel to the island in that world to get it). And although there could be a story about redemption before one’s death, the cure only offers a human life for a vampire who is still young enough to live at his or her age. But the cure was just brought back in the story, and there hasn’t been enough said about it outside of it to come to good speculations already that early. over a year ago

Well I think at first she will want the cure because when she realizes that Jo is pregnant then Elena will say that she never got to experience that time in her life but then in the end she will realize that she wants to remain a vampire because of how powerful she is and that she can stay young and live an eternal life with Damon. She may regain her memories another way or something else will trigger them back. Maybe an almost near death experience over a year ago

I don’t say that it won’t be tempting for Elena, but I just can’t think of her taking the only cure that they have instead of keeping it for someone who can’t deal with being a vampire as good as she does (although it could still be forced on her or mixed into her food or drink). And that even apart from all of the important “eternal love with Damon”-aspect that we already talked about. Elena furthermore realized the inevitability for her to be without Damon, so that she wouldn’t plan a family without him, and he wouldn’t get cured with her [I doubt the cure creating new life inside of Elena instead of curing her, although I would like that]. over a year ago

I already mentioned on other occasions that Elena as an orphan and adopted child knows how it is to lose family and how loving non-biological relations can be. I think that the biggest problem are Damon’s selfesteem issues that Elena needs to reduce first, although they already were so sweet at parenting Jeremy. It would be sad to not have their genes passed on, but if the writers don’t go for a supernatural pregnancy or Delena both as humans temporarily or in the end, I think an adoption fitting – especially for (adopted orphan) Elena [they could have to protect a child without family before deciding to keep it]. over a year ago

i was thinking about elena taking the cure and then going to the other prison world to get the other cure for damon so they can become human and be able to have children but then i remembered that if damon takes it he will not live long cuz of his age like katherine and i was like fuck that idea!! worse case scenario would be caroline and elena taking it cuz they wouldn't die of old age but then damon and stefan would sacrifice the women they love and i'm like fuck that idea too! i'm hoping mama salvatore as part of a redemption SL before she goes. over a year ago

Personally, I have hope when it comes to Delena. They have been through way worse when it comes to obstacles. I know everyone has their opinions, but this is just mine. No worrying from here. So why curse on about it tho? Hold on! They can/will make it through. If they can make it through JNSI & the Stefan S3 choice, then they can make it through Elena obviously using Stefan to prove a *point* to Damon in the next episode. this, i have no worries when it comes to delena. like you say, they have been through so much worser incidents than this. they will survive this, they ALWAYS survive. they are strong and passionate. they are an unbeatable team. nothing or noone can ever tear those 2 apart. they can try, but they will always fail. delena are forever, and for real. and i will always believe that. over a year ago

That's what I'm thinking. The fact that she tells Damon that she doesn't feel anything for him and then suddenly she's playing nice with Stefan is enough to send signals that a develop is coming for DE. Yes, she seemingly going to kiss Stefan. But don't forget, there's also her bold statement and then Damon probably witnessing her "kiss" with Stefan. If its only the "kiss" featured in the promo then I'll be worried. But I'm positive that the two other stuff in there are going to play an important role in the next episode. over a year ago

I'm not trying to tell anyone what to do, but I'm just wondering if anyone could just let go of all of the negativity, bashing of others, focusing on other ships instead of our own (by spewing SE hate, character hate), & all of this swearing (tho it's ur choice to use it or not), since that kind of stuff is meant for the vent threads if you don't like what is going on in the storylines character/arc/ship-wise? (continued) It will show that, unike other ships, we don't need to show doubts about our own ship by bashing other characters/writers/ships/storylines, etc. I understand it's freedom of speech, & I don't comment on here often, but I like to read everyone's repsonses in here, because we all mutually ship Delena, & have hoep they'll be endgame. It's truly been depressing on this wall/club lately cuz of all the pointless arguments, & everyone caring what others think of them, when we as fans of a ship should be spending time just liking the one we prefer, not spewing swearing personally, venting when there's a vent thread, & the hate about other people/characters/storylines, etc. Peace/truce anyone? over a year ago

O boy. Some are gonna say probably that Stefan & Caroline will be the ones to bring back Elena's humanity while Damon doesn't care whether she has her emotions or not. I see it as Damon loving every aspect of Elena. He's enjoying the time they have together, but I'm sure just by his actions that his ultimate goal is to bring back the woman he fell in love with, not just emotionless Elena. He'd be contradicting himself again because he misses being human, plus he wants Elena to have a happy human life, & came to realize that's what he wanted for her at the beginning of season 4. This is they having fun for now. I don't think it's the end of Delena & the definitive of Stefan bringing back Elena's humaity. It's a journey for all of them. Damon loves all sides of Elena. He just wants to be by her side, whether it be as human without romantic love for him, human developing feelings for him then letting go, vampire with Stefan, sire bond realization, ILY admission, or anti-humanity Elena. It's who he loves, inside & out. over a year ago
