Ever since Zayn Malik first chucked that picture of him looking kinda cosy with a \'mystery blonde\' on Instagram the other day, everyone\'s been wondering who the frick said \'mystery blonde\' actually is. Until she denied it herself everyone thought it might be Teen Wolf actress Gage Golightly. Jesus, we even questioned if it could be *you*. Well it turns out she\'s actually been identified as a gal named Carlyn Bryan, after all that.

Yup - according to a sneaky source-type chatting to The Sun \'romance is on the cards\' between the pair, though she\'s \'desperate to keep a very low profile\' as the world around her goes batshit bananas.

Speaking to the paper, said source spilled: "It\'s early days but a budding romance between the pair is on the cards. Despite Zayn posting a picture, Carlyn is trying to keep a very low profile and the relationship will be kept under wraps as long as possible.

"They\'ve socialised in the same place over the past year but their bond has only progressed recently." Apparently Carlyn made all her social media profiles private after Zayn posted *that* pic, giving \'no comment\' over the reports.

So what do we know about her at this point, then? WELL we\'re pretty sure she looks like this, providing @carlynbryan is actually her Twitter handle:

She doesn\'t follow Zayn on Twitter, nor does he follow her. Or One Direction. Or Harry Styles, for that matter. In fact, she only seems to follow 120 people.
