I finally got my legs to move down the stairs and into the laundry room where I grabbed Mason's pajamas out of the clean basket.
"Edward!" Bella's voice was in my ears, her hands on either side of my face. "I have been calling your name. Are you okay?"
"Yeah. I'm fine." I assured her.
"Have you been thinking about Sara?" She asked.
"No." Why would she be asking me that.
"Babe, why are you crying?" Her thumbs traced over my unknown shed tears.
"I don't know. I didn't know I was." I told her honestly. "I guess it was Mason."
"Why? What happened?" She was starting to worry and panic.
"Nothing is wrong." I took her hands from my face and held them. "He just caught me off guard."
"He has been known to do that." She half smiled. "What did he do?"
I tried for what seemed like hours to find my voice. "He called me 'Dad'." My voice cracked at the dad.
Her smile fell, painc yet again setteling into her eyes. "I'm sorry. I-"
"No!" I laughed loudly and covered her mouth. "Don't you dare apoligize. I answered back. It was like my mind answered for me. I'm the closest thing he has got. Emmett is his Uncle...not is father figure. Don't let a name take this away from him." I begged.
A few tears spilled from her eyes and I wiped them away with a reasuring smile. "Plus, I kind of liked it."
"I love you." She whispered.
I put my forehead to hers. "As I love you."
"Dad!" Mason called.
I smiled at Bella and she beemed back. "I gotta' go. I'm needed." I kissed her lightly.
I bounded up the stairs, taking them two at a time. "Here ya' go, Buddy."
"Thanks." He grabbed them and fiddled with the sleeves of the shirt.
"What's going on in your head?" I asked and leaned against the sink.
He sighed and looked up at me. "It's okay that I call you Dad...right? I never had a Dad. I've just had Uncle Emmett."
I crouched down to his eye level. "You had a Dad, Mase. You just never got to meet him. I'm sure he'd love to meet you but,"
"He's in Heaven." He nodded.
"Yeah. And to answer your question, I'm absolutly, positivly, 100 percent sure it's okay that you call be Dad."
He smiled and wrapped his arms around my neck.
"I love you."
"I love you, too, Buddy." I smiled and held him to me. "Okay, bath time."
"Ugh." He groaned.
I laughed and ruffed his hair on the way out of the bathroom. "Call me or your mom when you're rady to get washed."
"Kay." And with that I left him to his play time.
"Okay. Yeah. We will be here." Bella was smiling into the phone. "Okay. Bye." She ended her call with a giggle and put the phone back on it's cradle.
"Who's comming over?" I asked falling onto the couch and putting an arm behind her, the other on the arm proping my head up.
"Alice. Tomorrow. Mason needs a hair cut." She ran her hand through my hair. "You could use a little trim yourself."
"Yeah?" I smiled and ran my hand through the trail she made. "You could too." I ran my hand over her head. "Maybe a little fixen up." I used both hands and messed her hair up. "A little shape." It was starting to look like a haystack.
"Edward!" She was pulling on my hands, laughing. "Stop!"
"A little more. I like the whole 'Just got out of bed' thing."
"Edward!"
"Done!" I brought my hands back and smiled. "You look....fabolus."
She got up and looked in the entryway mirror. "If I go out side, I would be followed by cows." She snorted.
"Just the way I like it."
"Momma! I'm ready to get washed!" Mason called down.
"Be right there, Sweetie." Bella called up to him. She took a moment to straighten out her hair before she turned to me. "There. Almost back to normal. Gotta' go." She kissed me quickly. "Our son needs me." She smiled slighly and headed up the stairs.
She just said 'our son'.
Our son.
"Edward!" Bella's voice was in my ears, her hands on either side of my face. "I have been calling your name. Are you okay?"

The reason why i haven't been able to write to much is because i have school, after school activites, projects, afternoon homework, and weekend work!! I know, it's crazy!!! but i have two major projecrts due, one in december, and one in January!!! So I know that you are thinking 'Well, other writers can write their stories and have more work than me' The problem is that i can't focus on more than one thing and i get weekly projects so that messes up everything!
As soon as i have time to write i will!! I penkey swear!!!! Thanks you for bearing with me!! You guys rock!!
Luv u,

Why is Rosalie so unpopular in the Twilight fandom?
She seems anything but a Mary Sue, and believe me when I say that. She's vain, shallow, and kind of hostile towards Bella at first. She's not perfect. She's no Disney princess who sings to chipmunks and has little animal friends who cater to her every whim. She has a temper that puts a lion with a bad case of PMS to shame on that count.
Remember that the way she acted to Bella was only because she felt threatened. She thought Bella was going to reveal their secret. That just shows that she cares about the safety of her family, right?
Can you imagine being shown up by someone clearly inferior to you? That might sting.
Rosalie really isn't that bad. Just that after reading a few hundred pages of limited insight about Rosalie, when all of a sudden she goes all soft, the damage done might not be reversible.
So please hear me when I say that Rosalie isn't such a horrible character. She really isn't.
