prologue:
In the darkness of the downpour Sota Slayer put down her transport onto Kamino's cloner facilities landing pad. It had been a surprise when the Force had touched her. Sota's heart contracted. After all this time, after all that had happened. Once she'd been a jedi of some re-known, then the dark one had lead her astray. Not even her beloved husband and father to their children had been allowed to survive. Now she was reduced to taking and training others to take lives. Not without a full investigation first. She would have no more innocent blood on her hands. Sota snorted. Only the Force could drag her away from an already paid job. Though with the Families survival at risk it was much more important then the contract. After all, this Sidious couldn't out run the Family forever. Sooner or later they'd catch up with him. She rolled her neck as she opened the ramp, greedy long-necked bastards. It had taken a full 3 chests of credits and jewels to even get this far.
She followed the loading droids. "Honored we are..."Koi-Soi started to bow when Sota waved it off. " Save it. Just take me to the earliest viable projects you still have. Don't leave any out, if you know my rep. you know I won't think twice." Sota twitched her long rain coat just enough to show her bodies arsenal. Koi-Soi nodded and without hesitation proceeded her down into the viable vaults. Hours went by, Sota Silver Fox perused the merchandise. Shaking her head she let her now re-opened vain to the Force lead her.
" Where's level O? You do have one don't you?" The Kaminoian stilled. " How did you know? You can not mean to go there. It is a place of decaying mistakes, frozen in time to show our folly." The human woman bounty hunter snorted,
in reply. " So I should be able to acquire the specimen without having to pay too much."
Koi-Soi shook her head. " They are not for sale. Why would you want to buy one when there are vibles by the 1,000's?" Sota frowned. "That is my business, and everything has its price. Name it and by all means don't be stingy. I've got plenty."
The bounty hunter smiled knowing she had hit upon a deal.

The Future Begins:
The baby took three months to finish growing after the she had found him to the kaminoian's surprise. Sota smiled as she'd named the boy accordingly after where she'd found him.

Stewjon was a planet of merchants of all kinds of opportunities. Some good some bad.
The baby cooed and tugged at her long hair, Sota gently untangled his fingers and gave him a bottle. Her son was so----no he was not her son.
Though with each passing day she came closer to telling the Force to stick it. A whole month had passed and still it refused to lead her further.
She looked down into the blue grey eyes and charming smile. "Oh, my 'lil' Obi-wan, you are a heart stealer. Yes, you are." The baby giggled, but then started to cry. As the Force gave her mind a vision. Sota clasped the baby close to her, no she wasn't ready. A glowing blue light and a voice she had never thought to hear again came from it. "When would you ever be? Never my love. I would not have it this way, for I have seen both of you grow to love each other so well in such a short time. Do not worry, you shall meet again. " Sota shook her head. " That will be years from now. He will never remember our time together." Lynk smirked his smirk. "That is impossible, no man could ever forget you. Sota Silver Fox and you are a fox." She laughed at his play. He'd been the only man and Jedi Master who had ever made her laugh. Lynk touched the baby. " He is beautiful. She will not have too hard a time falling for him." The baby passed its hand through Lynk's, furrowing his blonde brow at the glowing man." He's already thinking how I do it."
The pride she heard in his voice made it clear, she could keep the baby if she pushed.
" But Lynk, the rules. He will not marry her if he becomes the Jedi he was meant to be. That will doom her, the line will die. How can this be what God wishes?" Lynk sighed. " That is a mess for them my dear. Not us. God has His plans, trust in Him." The Force gentled her shaken soul.
" When?" Lynk shook his head. "I don't know. Pathbourne's don't have a schedule. They just drop our of the sky or are found floating and near dead." Sota grumbled. "He's so full of himself 'lil' Obi-wan. Thinks he's a mind reader. Trust me no man weather Jedi or normal can read a woman's mind." The baby let out a happy sound at the jib. "No I mean when and where do I go with...." The words stuck in her throat. Lynk bowed his head knowing how she felt. "Tonight, around the corner. The merchant's wife will deliver prematurely.The boy will not survive."
The grief stricken man and wife's face's turned to pure joy. As they held the boy they'd named Obi-wan Kenobi. The boy having matured far too quickly, had caused the premature birth. A sure sign of future Force abilities. Sota wiped the death of their true son from their minds and sadly wiped Obi-wan's as well. It was better that he carried no memories of her. That way he could bond as they had with these good people.
"Thank-you Master. Surely the Force lead you here in our time of great need." The man bent to her in humility. "Stand my good man, God sent me where I was needed. It is enough that you named him after a great Jedi and man as a favor to me." The mother's eyes still held sadness as if somewhere inside she knew the child she held was not hers. Yet smiled brightly." It was the only thing we could do as you are not allowed to acquire anything of value." Sota smiled and nodded. Yes she had forgotten that little rule. A rule she had never been able to fully commit to, being who and what she was. Poverty along with longevity didn't go together so well. Especially when you did jobs too well. One way or another you got paid. She peered at the baby one more time, he smiled and tugged her hair one more time. "Ooh, don't pull the lady Jedi's hair." The new mother scolded. " Its alright, there's many a time I've been told to cut it. He's only stating the obvious and from him I shall take it as an order." She laughed, bowed and took up the couple's true heavy burden that now laid in her bag. Wrapped carefully and lovingly. She would bury him on Feytal, though out of the way by a long shot. She needed the time to recover from the loss. After that she would see about cutting her long locks. Maybe even bald, no. The grief was deep as any she'd self-inflicted. Yet going bald would only scare the 5 daughters she still had at home.
Sota looked down on the Stewjon as she left it behind. Lynk had said the Pathbourne would find him easy to love. Did he not remember that in all the histories of the Family that Obi-wan never took a bride. What hope did the Pathbourne have? She shook her head." If he loves her as I did you, he will risk everything for her. Even his sanity. Which you did plenty of." Lynk appeared at her side in the co-pilots seat. " Easy for you to say your dead." To which he laughed.

5 years to the day. Morgan let herself cry. It
would have been their 5th wedding anniversary. They would've had a family by now, perhaps even another on the way. But that was all gone
now. Her family, her new husband all dead. She was the last and she had had enough of life. Morgan revved up the rental taking a longing look at the moon's pure white shadows on the ancient stone. Then hit the drive button, she had no fear of what awaited her. Death and Hell couldn't be worse then what she was going through. Or so she thought. Dooku felt the power throw him from his bed to the uncaring floor. Nothing he had ever encountered had held such force. He quickly got dressed.
The vehicle crashed down on a droid nose first. Cutting it in half before landing on its roof. Alexanderia, shade of Morgan's sister. Touched her warm relations forehead, disguising her from the evil one they were about to encounter.
As Dooku reached the interloper, he felt the power that had been so evident before retract. Leaving no trace, reaching out to the intruder he found more of the same. Nothing. She carried no flowing living Force. Yet it flowed into her. He smiled as his mind riveted on the implications or applications of this new arrival. What better assassin or commander, then one his enemy could not sense. Of course she'd have to be trained. This chit may not be worth anything other then an expendable spy.
Obi-wan woke from his sleep sweating as if he'd had a nightmare. A sudden fall, a crash of metal, a dizzy spell as if he'd smashed his head into a wall. Though what came next was even more discomforting. A shade invading his body all the while Dooku's presence was unmistakable. Droids taking him down a long and ill lite hall to Force knew where. Shaak-T touched his bare and sweating shoulder. " Something has happened, we must check in with the others."
Obi-wan turned to her. She had no idea what he'd been through.
Ahsoka's peaceful sleep was taken from her as well. Yet not by the Force, but by a girl who was suddenly there in her mind. Bruised, battered and lost she sat knee's tucked to her chest.
" My name's Ahsoka Tano. Padawan to General Skywalker. What's yours?" She started out simple to gain the girl's attention. The girl looked up in surprise weather to find herself still alive or at the name's. Ahsoka didn't know." Is this Hell?" Ahsoka blanched. This girl thought this was Hell.
Then gently smiled. " Now I know I'm not big on décor. but it's not that bad is it." The girl sucked on her bottom lip and her impossibly deep green eyes looked worrisome. "No child this isn't Hell. This happens to be my mind. Tell me your name and I can help you." The girl lightened up a little.
"My name's Morgan Walk." She held out her hand to Ahsoka and as their hands touched they were blasted away from each other. Ahsoka hurriedly turned on the lamp above her head. Opening up her palm, there it sat on the palm of her thumb. A red tattoo of an open hand. Getting up she dosed it with cold water from the refresher.
