Does anybody know the background music in Seitokai Yakuindomo anime (episode 13 season 1) for the scenes of "Love at First Sight" when the little sister saw a baseball boy and wished to send him a love letter ? Thanks very much.

In Seitokai Yakuindomo anime (episode 13 season 1), there are some scenes that belongs to "Movie of Student Council" showing the Love at First Sight of the Little Sister (Kotomi Tsuda) who loved one baseball boy and she wished to give her love letter to him. Those scenes used a non-verbal guitar song that I really love. Does anybody know about this song (name of the song, listening link, download link)? Thanks very much !!!
