Does anyone know how to stop rats from being food aggressive? I have a pair that will chomp anything that smells good whether it's food or not and I cannot open their cage without them treating my fingers like carrots. They're really sweet and somewhat smart, though. They know their own names and like to groom my hands when on my bed with me and tour the house on my shoulders.
My sister's two boys don't bite anything unless it's in their food bowl.

One time my Mom's friend Mike, he founded a white rat in his grandma's house and he gave it to my sister. The white rat has red eyes :O and my sister named it " Ratatouille " XD Then it died :(

I love Rats, they are very clean and intelligent, did you know female rats can sense a potential illness, like diabetes? Pass up that male for a healier mate? Lady Rats are pretty damn smart.

When ever I tell someone I have a pet rat they think that I'm crazy. I get u2
it, but one time I was at a master race. When I took my little buddy out of his cage a lady started freakin out! "Ew!" "Is that a rat?!" She kept sayin g stud like that. My mom and I got so mad that we where about to put my rat on her head, but I would not want my little buddy to suffer like that. People like that discussed me, judging something buy the way it looks.
