These are the first images of Nottingham Forest football club's new stadium planned for the Clifton area of the city.
Built in partnership with Wilson Bowden, the £40-45m stadium will have a capacity of up to 50,000 and will include new housing and commercial developments in Cliffton as well as "the latest in green technology and a new transport infrastructure".
Nottingham Forest, who have been at the club's ground on the River Trent since 1898, are planning to move to the new stadium by 2014.
