Kris\' reps and SM Entertainment hold first arbitration meeting, no reported conclusion

Kris\' reps and SM Entertainment entered mediation at Seoul Central District Court on July 8, but it\'s been reported that both sides were unable to reach a mutual agreement.

Wu Yi Fan), who has filed a suit against the agency in order to terminate his exclusive contract, was unable to attend the meeting due to his filming schedule for the movie \'Somewhere Only We Know\'. SM Entertainment director Kim Young Min was not present either. The half-hour arbitration meeting is reported to have started at 3:20PM KST and wrapped up before 4PM with no conclusion reached.

EXO member\'s reps stated, "It\'s true that we held the mediation meeting today. However, there\'s nothing we can say about trial-related matters."

My friends and I all agree that kris is the one who is wrong,he chose to leave,as humans we have to respect that ,but he never trusted the exo members especially tao who did tell kris he would listen to his stress.his group members are not shit of a group,they are the ones who feel most betrayed not just because of their popularity.

*sigh* This is very different than what I was expecting this morning when I woke up. I was counting the days to the mediation, praying every single day that the mediation will conclude with a good piece of news. But... Dreams are different from reality. Why can\'t SM be slightly more humane? *sigh* They don\'t deserve the title as the No.1 company in Korea if they treat their idols as slaves. I hope Kris does not regret his decisions, only true EXOstans would continue to support him. WE ARE ONE!

When I first read the very first article about this Kris thingy, I have been debating and arguing in the comments in every article.

But now, I just don\'t care anymore. Kris, I hope you\'re happy with your decision and have no regrets. And EXO, stay strong and continue to love your fans. I\'m not one of them though XD

I just want the best for both sides. Kris won\'t be happy in SM, then SM need to let him go. You got 11 more damn talented people to manage, so let them shine just the way you wanted, SM.
