For the 3rd year running I am going to see Hugh in London in the summer. I have just pre-ordered his second album and cant wait to get it in the post, because if Louisiana Blues was anything to go by the new album should be brilliant - hopefully as good as or better than 'Let them talk' . I think I set for the summer now...... Just could do with him being on tv a bit more :)

HOUSE is by far the best show on TV. Did you see the latest episode?? So sad to see Olivia Wilde go but her send-off was beautifully done. I loved the song during her exit scene. A Big Star cover by The Wellspring... I found it here: link

Thanks...I'm sure he was very pleased to receive this honor which celebrates his music rather than his acting and especially have Stephen Fry present the award to him!over a year ago
Do you think Hugh is gonna win the Emmy this year? Cause I'm reading many articles and all said that he is not gonna win again....:(

yeah but lets be honest ..Hugh deserved the award at least 2 times and he was the most favorite for it but they gave it to others..maybe this time they are gonna give him the award cause maybe the last season..and nobody can imagine Hugh without Emmy as House...I wish but really I didn't find John Hamm better ..It's gonna be really ridiculous if he lose AGAINover a year ago
Starting 3rd week of voting. Please show your support and vote for Hugh as the Most Attractive Man of the Month so that he can be entered in Hello Magazines Grand Finale at the end of the year - link

My "Let Them Talk" CD came with a booklet that has Hugh's thoughts, producer Joe Henry's notes, band members' info, blurbs for each song, photos and my favorite...the credits/acknowledgements page.
FYI and other trivia lovers - Hugh's wife, Jo, got credit for "handclaps" on "Six Cold Feet in the Ground". THANKS went to, among others; Christian Hodell (Hugh's theatrical manager), Stephen Fry, Mrs. Hare (Hugh's childhood piano teacher) and, of course, Jo, Charlie, Bill and Becca. So now you know!

I just stumbled upon the movie "Peter's Friends" and upon realizing that it was, indeed, Hugh Laurie and Stephen Fry in those strange tutu outfits, I decided to stay up just a *bit* longer ;D
