I do like both but friday was good and it was not much of a remake but more like a reboot and new stuff in not like nightmare the remake part from the OG that did not need to be there but i still like both.

A reboot IS a remake. Friday the 13th wasn't a sequel, it was a re-imagining of the original movies - thus making it a remake.

ANOES was crap, through & through. F13 wasn't a whole lot better but at least it was a hell of a lot more fun than watching them butcher Freddy like that.

Neither were really that good, but Nightmare On Elm St. sucked terribly. No one can ever do Freddy justice the way Robert Englund did.
