Ooh, Alex dude, this is wayyyyyy too confusing for me - the way the winners are being picked.
Ok, firstly this is not a criticism, just an observation. I just don't understand the separate votes of two winners in each.
May I just,if I can, throw an idea that might work.
On one of the Bewitched websites I belong to, at the moment we're running the Bewitched episode tournament. Basically the fans are being asked to vote for their LEAST favourite episodes as I procession of elimination to the final winning episode.
So, if you grouped all of the actresses that were nominated and put them in a poll and then vote for your least favourite (say have the voting time for 2-3 days each time) until we are left with the winning Scream Queen.
It's entirely up to you,Alex, as this is your 'baby' but I just thought it would be more straighward and fun.
Maybe the other users can express their thoughts on the voting procedure.
In a meantime I choose Mia here!

Definitely Mia Farrow, I was there when she was nominated for Worst Actress for her performance in A Midsummer Night's Sex Comedy (1982) at the 1983 Razzie Awards.she screamed bloody murder!!!! Believe YOU ME!!

What the hell, Mia's losing,lol!
I love Janet Leigh and I thought she was great as Marion but her role was quite small in Psycho by comparison.

Yeah in psycho her lines were like " I stole some money....can I get a room?....AHHHHHHHHHHHHH" And then she was dead.
I love Rosemary's Baby and Mia Farrow is a great scream queen!
