Yesterday I had over 50,000 fanpop gold but now I only have 512 *shrug*

I think fanpop has either been hacked or they've done something without telling anybody again. :/

I had about 1.2K lifetime gold, and only 57 in my wallet. Now I have 501. What's going on with Fanpop?

I had over 135,000 fanpop golf and now I'm left with over 700 :(

Previously have 2400+ golds but now only 513 golds :(

Also, when you click on your gold to choose what to spend it on, has it always said "Gold in Hobo"? What does that even mean? XD

Ah well. Sounds like either a glitch or they're up to something. I expect we'll find out what's up sooner or later!

^Have no idea what is that mean of "gold in hobo", but I think it shown us the golds that we didn't use (to buy banner, background image, etc)

I had 23,000 now I'm left with 501 :-( ! A lot of others too.... This is sad.

If it is a glitch I wonder if that means the current gold count is valid like we still have our old amounts and the new ones don't count?

Maybe it is just a trick to keep people contributing

I panicked for a second because I thought I got hacked and then I realized lifetime gold was gone too!

Still kind of annoying because I was about to change my profile look again and I finally saved up enough to do it. :/ Idk how much lifetime I had but I had 14,000 something, in pocket, ready to use.

^I was thinking about temporarily making a whole Akashi one then changing it back or something buuuut I think with 501 gold I barely have enough to change the banner once .-. I had like 5000-6000 left I think to use so Im like .-.

I kept mine and then some! If yours is missing I know where some of it went. Wish I knew why.

It's still there, technically, isn't it? This is just a glitch making it look like it's only 501 and it'll get fixed eventually.

It has to be a glitch. There's no reason why they'd deliberately reset everyone's gold. And why 501, if they did?

I had somewhere around the amount of 1,700-1,800 gold... stuck with 501 gold now. :/

Sorry, everyone, there was an engineering error last night that required us to restore gold balances from backups.
