I decided to start a series of analyzing the DP Couples in depth (and later, the other Disney Couples) after I got bored one day, and wanted to write a series of articles. You can recommend me which couple to do next in the couples section. So here is how it is going to go. I will first explain my overall statement about the couples in a paragraph, and then I will analyze each scene to look at the inner and outer feelings of the characters individually an the couple itself. I also have a request, just for a little while; please do not recommend a Disney Renaissance couple? I say this because...

Hi! Over the past few months, Mongoose09 and I have been running countdowns of Fanpop's favorite Disney characters. This is the article for the results of the Favorite Disney Males Countdown characters from 1961-1981, or all of the movies from One Hundred and One Dalmatians to The Fox and the Hound. In this twenty year span, we have many characters here, and Fanpop users voted on them to rank the favorite character from these movies. Thank you to everyone who voted and commented in this countdown, and so here are the results!

Please, no mean comments. This is just MY opinion. Anyways, I'm going to include sequels as well, because I like her in one of the sequels, and I'd like to explain why. In The Little Mermaid, I think she has a fun personality, but that's the only thing I like about her in the first film. She knew Ursula was evil, and she went to her anyway and was told she had THREE days to win her prince over. I thought that was incredibly risky, even though we all knew she'd win him over. It's Disney. I also thought it was selfish to leave her family behind like that, and at the age of 16. I just think she's...

Here's my countdown of the most attractive Disney females. I hope you enjoy and sorry if you don't agree.

Top 10 Most Attractive Disney Females

#10 Evil Queen (Snow White)

What a way to start the list but with a Villain! I've always found the Evil Queen from Snow White beautiful for some reason and most definately the most attractive out of all of the female villains. However, there's always that slight drawback that you might find your heart in the loaf of bread after having an argument about who's hid the remote control. Some people might prefer someone a bit sweeter and with a kinder...

Captain Hook (1953-2012)
Captain Hook (1953-2012)
Captain James Hook is the main villain of Peter Pan, its sequel, Jake and the Never Land Pirates, and its upcoming film. The Captain of a crew of pirates, Captain Hook has long since abandoned sailing the high seas in favor of having revenge on Peter Pan for ruining his life (Peter having cut off Hook's left hand and fed it to the Crocodile, considering it "a playful prank"). Ever since swallowing the Captain's hand, the Crocodile has developed a taste for Hook and is in constant pursuit of the remainder of the pirate's body. While a worthy opponent for Peter Pan, Hook is destined to fail,...

Magic mirror on the wall, who's the fairest of us all?

Snow White, pursued by a jealous queen, hides with the Dwarfs; the queen feeds her a poison apple, but Prince Charming awakens her with a kiss

The first full length animated film. This movie changed animation forever, I really wish it received more appreciation on here

My first article here and I decided to start off by listing my top 10 favorite Disney Intros from animated movies, hope you'll like this article :)

10. The Jungle Book

I'm not a big fan of the movie, but the intro is amazing, it doesn't feel boring to listen to and I love how we get to see so many places that we get to see later on and the music is nice to listen to. I also love how it begins with the book opening instead of the intro credits:

9. Dumbo

I couldn't find a video with the music from the intro (the closest was the scene afterwards), but if you ever find that scene or...

This is not Narnia!!
This is not Narnia!!
Hi guys, I managed to watch the Nutcracker and the 4 Realms today and I was blown away by the movie overall. So here is my review on it!

The Story-Line

Okay, so the film is very much like the Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. To which I will talk about it later, but the film draws me in because the story is very unusual and it really captivates the audience and follow Klara, the main protagonist throughout the film.
As usual, it has a happy ending where Klara and her father reunites after having a strained relationship during the beginning of the film.

The Music

I'm going to organize this the same way rhythmicmagic did. I decided to combine the heroes with the heroines but my descriptions will be a bit shorter.

Favorite Animal Heroine: Bianca
She reminds me a bit of Aurora as she puts duty over everything. Adding to that, she's also feminine, elegant and graceful. Her caring nature and compassion make her so lovely. Also, Bianca and Bernard are one of my favorite Disney couples.

Favorite Animal Hero: Bagheera
I've always loved Bagheera, he's so humble, mature, smart and caring. He's constantly worried about Mowgli, I think that's really sweet....

This is an article about a Swedish voice actor that have done the voices of a number of Disney characters in Sweden.

This is a tribute to him since he died of pneumonia in 2008 and i think that he deserves this article.

His acting career started when he was fourteen years old in 1940 when he joined a theatre in Norrköping.
He was the father of famous Swedish actor and television host Peter Harryson who played the part of Phil in Disney´s Hercules.

His voice is really special since it worked for so many different types of characters, he could sound very kind and caring and at the same time he...

#3 - Anna (Frozen)

Anna kind of reminds me of an adventurous side of me, willing to risk it all for the ones I love. She is very pretty, her hair is very pretty. Now what I don't understand is why people say that Anna and Rapunzel look the same. They look nothing alike!

#2 - Isabella Garcia Shapiro (Phineas and Ferb)

Isabella is one of my favorites from Disney. She has always seemed like a perfect match for Phineas. She has a personality that I really like, kind and intelligent. I think it's too bad that Phineas kind of ignores her.

#1 - Gadget Hackwrench (Chip and Dale: Rescue Rangers)

Hello, Disney fans. I have written an article with my top fifty Disney classic songs, as well as my favorite five songs from non-classic Disney movies and Disney sequels. Many obscure songs have quite high rankings on my rank, and several very popular songs are omitted entirely on my list, so sometimes if you are looking for a certain song, you won’t find it here! Anyway, here are my lists.

Top Five Sequel Songs

5. For A Moment (The Little Mermaid II)
4. We Are One (The Lion King II)
3. I Didn’t Know That I Could Feel This Way (Lady and the Tramp II)
2. My Lullaby (The Lion King II)

I would have loved to do a list of my favorite Disney Movies, but it would be too hard to do so I decided to only make a list of my favorite Disney Classics, hope you'll enjoy it

20. Lilo & Stitch

I'm not a big fan of science fiction movies, but this is probably the best one, it has great characters, great story and great songs and I love how there are both original songs like Hawian Roller Coaster Ride, but also classic songs like Burning Love and some of those classic songs are sung by Elvis Presly.

19. The Hunchback Of Notre Dame

For coming from the Renaissance era this movie...

Xerography Process; haunted the studio for this entire era
Like the Post-Renaissance Era, people barely talk about this era uses it involves the words "worst, bad, etc." Even though 1959's Sleeping Beauty was acclaimed, it could not recoup the money needed to pay off the huge budget for the film. Finding that the company needed to save their money, they had big layoffs and went to the Xerography process, which copies the drawings, etc. The problem is that it gave the film a cheap look, and that it was irritating to look at. What most people agreed on about this era is that the quality went downhill with the quantity. They had a few hits "101 Dalmatians,...

There were Disney Villain Oscar Trophies. In the list of categories, there were nominations. The best oscar was for the best villainess, the best oscar was for the best animal villain, the best oscar was for the best villain henchman and the best oscar was for the best villain song. And last but not least was the winning oscar. The best winning oscar was for the two best villains of all time. The villains were Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty, 1959, Ratigan from The Great Mouse Detective, 1986, Sykes from Oliver and Company, 1988, Ursula from The Little Mermaid, 1989, Gaston from Beauty and...

The Post-Renaissance Films are always judged as the worst era for Disney, and I noticed people do not talk about this group of films a lot, so I did a countdown of the Worst to Best. Some of the results are not surprising AT ALL, while others were very shocking. Here are the results

15. Home on the Range
This film is commonly known as "Disney's Worst Film", as it flopped in the box office, and got bad critical reception. From the beginning of the round, Home on the Range had the most votes, and no other movie was even close to getting the amount of votes that Home on the Range, and it to eliminated...

there are only a handful of Disney movies that are REALLY Monumentally successful, only 5 of them are Not made by Walt Disney (The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Lion King, Tangled). and as for the ones Walt Disney made there are 12. however, even though these movies are nowhere near as successful as Snow White, they are incredibly popular, is it because its that good or is it something else.

when you go around fanpop you will see there is an obvious era of Disney everyone's in favor of: The 90's but they are only successful because most of the members are from that era,...
