She has the stamina to work throughout the day as maid, but then she doesn't do heavy physical activities or lift or jump off the cliffs like other action girls.

Apart from Rapunzel, all of the other girls are well above average when it comes to being physically fit in my opinion. I think Cinderella is less fit than Rapunzel though since Rapunzel is constantly flipping around the tower and using her hair to complete pseudo-acrobatic moves at some points.

Cinderella actually is physically active to me. Her hardworking seems to be very physically hard to me.
Mulan is the most physically fit one to me.
Pocahontas has physically active to me too.

I think Jasmine is the least active of those ones.

Other than climbing over the wall (and she had a bit of help doing that) and jumping over to other roof, I don't remember her doing anything that really screams shes fit!
