I mean if Edward's heart can't beat and pump blood, how could Edward get an erection and use his sperm to impregnate Bella? Then that'd mean that Renesmee is like the nobodies in Kingdom Hearts, she isn't supposed to exist.

Bella shouldn't have gotten regnant. But supposedly vmapire vennom replaces internal fluids (sperm included) so that's your answer. Of course that means Bella would've been turned into a vampire during their honeymoon, but whatever.
