Is Steve Rogers Getting a Special Man in His Life? Fans Ask Marvel to Give Captain America a Boyfriend

fans asked Disney to give Elsa a girlfriend, Marvel fans have begun a similar campaign: Give Captain America a boyfriend.

The trend hit Twitter some time this week and has since taken it by storm, many supporters encouraging one romantic possibility in particular: Bucky.

Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) is Captain Steve Rogers\' (Chris Evans) best friend. In the most recent Marvel film,

, we saw Steve sacrificing The Avengers and his status as quintessential good guy in order to save Bucky from himself. As a matter of fact,

sole focus was The Captain\'s friendship with Bucky, and his subsequent decision to put Bucky over everything else; it\'s no wonder fans see good old Buck as Steve\'s ideal match.

Furthering this agenda is Evans himself, who told 

he\'d be okay with a "Stucky" romance earlier in May:
