after cordelia fell into that mystic coma , she had no more story line but personally they should have given her one!!! , i think thats what happpend (or read somewhere)over a year ago
i thought it was over creative differences and that charisma voiced her dislike on the Jasmine/Cordy romance with Connor thing and how she got written off nearly at the end of s4....over a year ago
Faith-Ruiz: Not exactly. Charisma HAS expressed hating what was done with Cordy in the 4th season but that's not why she left the show. When the 4th season was filmed Charisma was noticeably pregnant which pissed Joss off. This was the reason for the Jasmine arc, an excuse for her to appear pregnant on screen though until the appropriate point she was dressed in baggy clothes to hide it. Joss was out of line in my opinion especially since from what I've been told the original concept for her character was much the same except without Jasmine. Cordy would still have been the season's "Big Bad" by means of a cosmic body highjacking but in the end Angel would have been forced to kill her. Though I've also been told that her death in the end could be questionable. I haven't read this from an official source so I don't know anything for sure.over a year ago
