I have figured out a way to vote the most amount of votes in the shortest time. : ) The votes are always going in to NINA DOBREV when you tick her name and click vote. So do not worry. :D

Here it is. :D
VOTE 48 times. And then do not vote for 5 minutes and 15 seconds. After 5 minutes and 15 seconds. VOTE FOR ANOTHER 48 times. Then stop voting. AFTER 5 minutes and 15 seconds, VOTE FOR ANOTHER 48 times. REPEAT, REPEAT, REPEAT! :D
