Chapter [#2]
Narrators POV
An old man in a cloak walked into the neighborhood in which Olivia lived. Everyone stared at him as he walked around.
Olivia's POV
I smiled brightly as I dived into the ocean, "wait up!!!" Oliver laughed as my five brothers ran after me with surfboards, buggy boards, buckets for picking up sea shells, and dad brought out our special maid sandcastle buckets. They were big and made the best structures ever!!! Plus our family is known for our sand castles/structures. I smiled and dived down, feeling the salty cold water against my skin, it's the best feeling ever. When I got up to the surface my family wasn't there, I got out of the ocean and looked around. Then a man in a cloak came up to me, "Can I help you?" I asked slightly shaking a bit. Not because of the cold feeling you feel when the air blows on you after getting out of any body of water, but because of the fear I was feeling. He walked up closer to me, I dived into the water, and swam out to sea. Then I saw a fin, a shark fin, I screamed and swam back to shore. I was lucky I lived, I ran to my house but let out a loud scream when the man grabbed me. My family came outside and went pale, mom got the phone and called 911 but the last thing I saw and heard before the man knocked me out was, "Olivia!!!!!!!" And my parents and brothers running after me.
Narrators POV
The man came to the rough and tough city, where biker gangs, criminal activity, and the houses looked like total shit (pardon my language... but it's true) the sound of motorcycles rumbled around. But the old man soon came to a school, he walked into the school.
Jason's POV
I walked into class, "mr Johnson?" The teacher asked me, "Yeah?" I asked. "It's 4th period" she said angrily. "Yeah so what?" I asked and sat down, "you're loosing your education!" The teacher said glaring at me. "Yeah so what?" I asked again, "why were you in so late?" The teacher asked me. "My Alarm clock didn't go off, I had to take my motorcycle to the shop, I had to get my hair done, and I had to get more clothes so I can look cool" I chuckled. "That's all more important than school?" The teacher asks, I nodded yes. "Who's he?" Cole asked, I turned around to see an old man in a cloak. "How did you get in?" The teacher asked, the man walked up to me, "what do you want?" I asked him glaring at me. "Even when he glares he's hot" Justine sighed dreamily, I flashed a smile before turning to the guy again who then knocked me out.
Narrators POV
The old man walked to a huge huge mansion where you could hear screaming, the old man snuck through the back door.
Tatiana's POV
"I said I wanted a pony!!!!!!" I screamed angrily, "honey we looked for a pony" dad said to me. "Then why don't I have one?" I asked angrily, "the places where they sell ponies are going through a rough winter and they can't be brought to us" mom said, I let out a scream. Then a guy in a black cloak walked into the room. "Who are you?" I asked him angrily, "security!!!" Dad screamed, but he knocked me out and vanished before the security guards came.
Narrators POV

Cathy's POV
I ran after my cousin who was visiting, he had taken my bag of candy!!!! I screamed and screamed at him running and running. "Cathy stop being so loud!" Dad called, "then make Donny give me back my candy!" I called angrily. Dad came down, Donny gulped and gave me my candy back. "Thank you" I said but glared at Donny. "Now be quiet" dad said, but literally 3 seconds Donny took my hair brush and I was screaming and running. But then Donny and I stopped, there stood a man in a black cloak. "dad?!!!" I screamed, "no figure it out yourself!" He called. Then mom came back from work, she saw what was happening, she let out a scream. Then the man grabbed me "mom! Dad!" I cried. The last thing I heard before being knocked out was "Cathy!!!!!"

He and I went hiking in the woods, that was the day before he headed into the army. Then 4 months later he was killed in while in battle, I felt some tears fall down my cheeks. He died when I was 6 and it was on my 6th birthday too, but ever since dad died it was just my mom, my sisters and me. Then there was a knock on my door, I opened it to see a man in a cloak. "Uhhh hello" I said, mom came running up quickly. Mom knows when we're in trouble. She let out a scream, the second I look at the guy I was knocked out.

"Thanks mom" I said smiling at her. "No problem honey" mim said and walked out. "So do you still have a crush on Felix?" Jane asked me, I nodded yes, "then why don't you talk to him?" Nevaeh asked me. "You know I'm nervous and can get shy when I even go close to him " I sighed. "We'll help you out with that nervousness and shyness" Anna said smiling, "thanks" I said smiling. Then there was a knock on the door, thinking it was mom, I called "Come in!" But it wasn't mom It was a man in a cloak. He walked towards me, I was afraid. I scooted back, but then i was knocked out.

Mom and dad then came in, "now lets practice on the stage" mom said smiling. I gulped a big, I'm very afraid to go on stage you know and I can't do anything about it. Mom and dad took me on a stage with no one there, they put music on but I was too scared to do anything. Mom and dad came on stage with me. I hugged them crying, "I can't do it!!" I sobbed. "It'll be Okay" mom said smiling at me, then a man in a cloak came on stage. He threw my parents away from me and knocked me out
Narrators POV
"Last house" the man in the cloak said as he came to a school, Asher's school.
Asher's POV
I smiled as I solved the hard math problem on the board, "you never fail to impress me Asher" mr Franchise said smiling. I nodded happily, but couldn't help but think about that girl at the pool. She always visits the pool, even in the winter with an indoor pool. Then the fire alarm went off and I smelt smoke. There’s the shadow of a plane
The sound of an engine,
Flying in the rain.
Please, take me away.
Raise my hands to
Touch the sky.
Wish I could fly to the moon,
Maybe tonight.
Feet glued to the street,
I just have to
Reach.
Hey,
Hey, I just heard a plane
Fly over my place
Please, say that magic word
And take me far away?
This is just a short poem, inspired by Erin McCarley's song, "Bobble Head". I find working from songs a good way to cure my writer's block. It gives me a little push in the right direction. So if you're having trouble, try that :)

I don't believe you.
I really don't
After all these years
This is what you give me?
Why did you break up with me?
I don't understand.
You were so close with me
And then that tech freak came by
And you left me.
You abandoned me.
Why did you dump me?
Such a close friend of mine.
Laughing with me all these years
Crying with me.
Now, you leave me.
Why?
I don't understand anything that happened.
Why can't happy things happen
In this world?
Why do things have to be so sad?
I can't accept that it happened.
Because I am still a close friend
Of yours
But I can't accept the facts.
I just can't.
I really don't

When you hope,
You expect and wish,
You have a feeling for wanting,
Your desires to be filled,
You don’t want them killed,
Hope makes you stronger,
We live to hope,
Hope is what keeps us going,
Keep it sealed,
Let it be healed,
Like it’s your shield,
Sometimes it’s your battle field,
Keep hope close to you in life,
Sometimes you need to rethink twice,
For hope is unstable,
It comes and goes,
Hope is a special gift,
Not everyone knows,
If they do, they don’t bother to show,
Some of us want to lose hope,
Some of us want to regain hope,
Some think it’s a useless tool,
Yet they’re the ones blind,
Who won’t come to mind?
You and I, we all need hope,
No matter how far we seem from it,
It will find us one day,
For hope will come to us,
Wish and desire you heart out,
Keep in mind,
Don’t back away;
You know what you want,
Keep hoping till the END……

Temporary Home
For some people, this world is only a stopover. They arrive here to do some good while they can, but they know that this is still not their true home. They are angels who come to light up our lives with their luminescence and to teach us what they can before they have to move on. They flash in on golden wings, but it seems that they are gone before you can say “Thank you” or “I love you”. They leave softly, without fanfare. They kiss our brow as lightly as a heart’s whisper, and smile, blinding us with its brightness. When we blink, they are gone.
