Which character would you want as the Disney mascot?

What windrises said about the Duke replacing Mickey as Disney Mascot inspired me. I personally think that Uncle Scrooge should be the new Disney mascot because he's my favorite fictional character!

But if, hypothetically, Mickey *had* to be replaced by someone else, I think I would go with Jiminy Cricket. He's very iconic, sings one of the most recognizable Disney songs, and perhaps also because he has had a fair amount of time in the limelight too. Don't know if any fellow '90s kids here had any of those Disney Sing-Along-Song tapes? But Jiminy Cricket was the "host" on those tapes and would introduce each clip. And he worked very well as the host too!
