EDIT: No, it's not real. For starters, it would have been all over the news for all kinds of reasons (none the less being "the fountain of youth" and issues in the morality of drinking other humans blood just to stay young). Since it's not . . . Also, drinking blood, especially in the amounts you're taking, makes humans sick.
