Vampires Question

Do vampires tend to have powers?

I'm not referring to the usual such as hypnosis or ability to turn into a bat, animal, or mist.

I mean like telepathy (or is that a traditional trait of a vampire?), telekinesis, pyrokinesis, seeing into the future.

Would it be at least acceptable if a vampire had any of those?

There really isn't a "traditional" trait for vampires anymore (beside drinking blood). Look at Twilight, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The Vampire Diaries and Dracula. All the vampires have different abilities and, in the case of Twilight, those abilities vary from vampire to vampire.

I think it would be acceptable. Looking at the "popular" vampire stuff that's out there too, the general populace seems to agree with me.

If I'm remembering right, Anne Rice vampires got powers later in life. Its not too common, but I really don't mind as long as the author handles it well.
