It is according how old you are but I liked MaryJanice Davidson's Queen Betsy series....It is really funny, but it is more geared toward grown women. I also liked the chronicles of vladimir tod and that would be geared toward a youger crowd..Gerry Bartlett's Real Vampires series is also very good, but it is also more geared toward women.

You could read Dead of Night by Nora Roberts writing as J.D. Robb. Its really good. It is 4 books in one. They all are great! I know I really enjoyed them, I think you will too.
1) Eternity in Death
2) Amy and the Earl's Amazing Adventure
3) Timeless
4) On the Fringe
*They are all about vampires!

The Hollows series by Kim Harrison. It's about a witch, Rachel Morgan who lives and works in a church with her partners-Ivy a living vampire (the book does explain how she is living, I don't want to give that away-but it makes sense as far as urban fantasy goes) and Jenks, a pixie. Harrison has created a wonderfully rich alternate world where humans and "Inderlanders" co exist. There are currently 10 books in this series, as well as a graphic novel and a world book. Harrison is taking the story to 13 books total. It is set in modern day Cincinnati. Rachel, Ivy and Jenks encounter werewolves, demons, pixies, fairies, elves, trolls, banshees and more. Fantastic story. Fantastic exciting characters and world building. It is not a PR book, but it does have some romance in it. You can check the series out here. link Hope that helps.
