Here's My Opinion:

To Make Alot Of Friends & Be Popular On Here You Must Be Nice And Active. Give Nice Comments And If You Want To You Can Do Request. And It Takes Some Time To Get Popular On Here, Or I Think.

My Point Of View: Be Active & Nice! Be Like This Little Guy Right Here. xDD

just post equaly as you do here on other spots, and you'll be good!
just dont post anything non related or spammy

Of course it is.
You just need to get out there and meet people.
And if you want more fans, then you should just fan someone, they'll most likely fan you back.
My best advise would be to look for someone you haven't met, and fan them, and try talking to them and getting to know them.

Also, doing nice things like writing articles, and doing requests for people can get you more friends.

But...
Even if you're popular...like really popular...
Someone might come in and ruin it.

Just like for me. I was popular, though I didn't care much about it.
But then..people just forgot me. So I got used to just feeling left out in thsi big ol' place.

So, as you're here longer, and make more friends...
Don't let what happened to me, happen to you. Because feeling left out hurts, after you've expeienced being in the lime light.
And I've became a very depressed child in my time here.
So just don't let anything slip away from you. Because you may not be able to get it back...
