I'm being yelled at by my ex boyfriends mates to leave him alone, and I didn't do anything! It was my friend. What do I do now?

Okay, I know I've asked a lot of questions but a lot is happening right now. What happened was, I had finished my drink and was crushing the bottle like I always do. I said to my friend "If I was childish I'd imagine this was my ex's head." but I think she thought I said "This is my ex's head." so she went up to him with the bottle and said the same to him (I was standing miles away, watching some others play football). When she came back she said "He told me to tell you to get a life and to leave him alone because he isn't in the mood." I was like 'What the heck did I do?'. What should I do because now even his friend is telling me to go away. I didn't do anything. What should I do to show him I'm sorry for everything?
